those straight drives and flicks by Karun are so crisp. I've seen him bat for Karnataka in the Ranji for a long time but seeing this close in the nets, it gives you a different view altogether. This is truly eye opening on how big the gap between internationally capped players and cricketers below them are.

Pujara took too many bowls in settling himself. Though he has made top and middle order very good in test cricket but i think karun nair's 300+ not out was much more balanced innings than pujara's batting. Karun nair's innings was defensive and also attacking when needed. @@danjadzz
