I'm still here, listening at 1:07. I understand you thinking it's a waste of time because it's just 'creative process' but I have to say: I have never used Canva, and watching you do this and be so free about it was really informative and educational. Most times 'creative process' is not showed because it's hard to predict or schedule under pressure. So, my point being, yes it was so helpful!!!

I know a lot of your viewers have struggled with suspension. Can I advise them to go to the Better Business Bureau please. They were excellent. The inquiry from BBB went to Etsy within an hour and the shop reinstituted within 10 days.
This is actually really great information. I'll keep it in mind when advising sellers in the future. I actually have a meeting this week with another large Etsy integration so I'll bring it up with them as well.
Hey, I have been in this group and everybody gets their stores back... we even have a template to create your appeal you take to the BBB . It works 100%. Etsy suspensions are not a topic of discussion in there, you just file a BBB apeal and it gets sorted.. hope this helps. Peeping through your videos thank you
