Im not gonna lie, the amount of times some random survivor thought i was friendly for 0 reason other than a single graffiti that then forced me into the position where i must morally choose to lose... too often.

Honestly the most embarrassing for me was, when I played Hunter after a 2-year break, was never good with Hunter, to begin with, but started playing again and chose Hunter first for some goddam reason. Anyway, I queue and landed in the match and the surv thought I was a friendly Geisha, simply bc I missed every hit like it was not even funny. Once they thought I was friendly, and then vaulted a window before me slowly, I naturally hit them, got a terror shock and at least got a tie, by camping the chair like my life was on the Line. In the end, the one I hit with terror shock blamed me and said that I was a noob for acting friendly. I must have been so bad to use the fake-friendly strategy. When I in fact tried to hit and chase them, got pallet stunned multiple times and missed every attack. I never emoted or used a spray, or turned around in a circle... Nothing to signal that I am friendly except being bad at the game.

I suck being a hunter but you'll never catch me being fake friendly to get a win. that's just a new low
everytime i see a fake friendly match i get the thousand yard stare and i do am AUDIBLE gulp as a bead of sweat slowly rolls down my forehead because when i first joined in like season 14 i had a fake friendly bon bon who dragged us all to the basement and taunted us via throwing bombs at our poor corpses as we slowly bled out⁉️it lasted like 15 minutes too and it was like one of my FIRST matches ever in that game. this was like 4 years ago and i still have flashbacks to that match

I had a friendly hunter the other day be cool with everyone else but yet decided to chase me down and chair me. Then my teammates danced in front of my chair while I died….
Something similar happened to me was playing against Hermit. 3 of my teammates kept farming each other on chairs, with me the only one decoding, finally primed the last cipher and used the chat function to tell them. Not even a second later Hermit teleports to me, I loop him around the beach near the ship and then see my 3 teammates emoting at me/sandbagging me, even when I got down, they did not finish the primed cipher and instead used Emotes, even as I got chaired, they watched me die, not even trying to rescue, before then popping the cipher with the Hermit letting the 3 go. I asked him why the hell he went friendly with them but decided to chair me when I finished and decoded 4 out of the 5 needed ciphers. He replied bc I wanted to see you mand and see you cry. 4 or so matches later when I played Hunter I encountered the 3 surv and the Hermit playing together and then it made sense, they knew each other, and the hermit was friendly with them, bc they were friends and in the same guild... But I did at least report both the Hermit and the 3 surv.

Has also happened to me, once last year as Ada and this year as Murro. As Ada it was a BQ and she did it because "I hate psychologist teehee". As Murro the hunter was just being a weird misandrist, made clear in post match chat. Makes me sad because Murro is literally one of the few morally good characters in the lore
@@connstaince i too dont like psychologist (as a character, i think her writing is well done but i digress) but thats. kind of shitty honestly 💔 i'd never understand why people use fictional biases against real players but that's how the cookie crumbles i guess
The only time i seen a hunter do this was cause either the person was annoying them so did you annoy them by accident in the match
i waited until i was really high to watch this and im glad i did bc this was delightful

Omg, i just remembered when I accidentally went fake friendly the first times I started playing.
Basically there was a minds eye and she used her cane at the start of the match, so i started spinning as a way to confuse her about my direction, without realising that it was a friendly signal.
I think I killed her before realising that i might have accidentally deceived her😭😭
