Owning Keychron M4 4k and Darmoshark M5 8k now, the only thing i can say about both of them is they really put the fingertip grip style on a new level ! Plus if you have small hand size like mine (16.5x9.5) you can even claw grip on both of them, which make their shapes really useful in so many situations during your gaming sessions, i came back to a normal claw shape later (R1 pro max + finalmouse) to realize that i cant even grip them normally anymore, feels awkward in many ways. You should buy these goats (m4/m5) if you have small hands size or just casually enjoy fingertip gripping. If i had to choose the best one out of two of them, i'll pick M5 becuz i feel way more comfortable and controlled over the shape of it compared to M4, M5 just fit like a glove to me while M4 is too small and the curvy sides of it threw my aim out of the window sometimes, it makes my aim a lil bit jittery when i need to micro adjustment the crosshair after a long flick.
These guys make Keychron's mice lineup too. Essentially the same mice but with a different shell. My M4 has the same audible tapping/clicking sound when you move side to side when clicking, but the performance for the price is excellent regardless.
oh wow the m3 micro might be my actual endgame. I don't understand WHY they didn't ship the 4k/8k receiver with the micro when the m5 clearly has it in box, wtf.
as someone with the ulx small and beast x mini, the micro is my endgame, its insane, i did a weight mod and its at 36g, it is the perfect shape for how hold my mouse, if you have smaller hands and knuckle claw and enjoy finalmouse small shapes, you gotta try this
great review! tysm for this! X2V2 Mini, Beast X Mini, ULX Small, HSK Pro, or Darmoshark M5 for 19.8 cmx7 in hand size (fingertip grip)? I'd truly appreciate ur answer to this. tysm in advance! hehe 😊❤
I have @ copies of the m5. One of mine double clicks after 2 weeks. The switches are light. The coating is amazing. Really Like the mouse. My new main.
When you update the mouse you need to see 3 updates. The dongle, mouse firmware, and the chipset firmware. If you use the update for another mouse and only see it updating the mouse and dongle it will not work until you also update the chipset. Make sure you find the update for the exact mouse you are using. Afterwards you need to make sure the dongle is properly paired. unplug the dongle and turn the mouse on. Hold down mouse 1-2- and 3 all at the same time until the led starts blinking yellow. When this happens plug the dongle into your pc and hold the mouse next to it.
@@AimAdapt I found the solution, yes the updates are 3 but in order to update the mouse firmware you need to have it plugged in with the cable which isn't mentioned anywhere... once I plugged the mouse in another update appeared and now I'm able to do 8K. Thanks for the reply mate!
Nice Review! you covered everything pretty well but I was just wondering about the TTC blue dot falcon switches. In comparison to the huano transparent blue shell pink dots, are they lighter, almost the same or heavier? What about spammability? I absolutly dislike heavy switches and have sent mice back because of that, but the TTC switches are kinda rare and nobody has tested them or compared them in the spreadsheats that I have. As always thank you for your time and attention to detail
I know this might be really hard work but I just had an idea of if you could possibly create some sort of public database for your mouse comparisons, and we could just pick two mice and then it'll show the normal view comparisons you could do (like if it was two separate videos side by side) that shows all the differences. I love your shape comparisons and I think this would be really cool. Understandable if its too much work though.
Thanks for the feedback. I thought about this a long time ago but it is challenging since every time I take a picture of a new mouse all of the measurements need to be very precise from the distance, angle of the camera, I go to great lengths making sure everything is lined up properly and I never recycle old images. Hopefully one day I can come up with a process that would make this possible.
@@od_avenon site is good for really surface level impression but that’s wacky it. You don’t learn much about the shape just knowing the top and side profile. 3d comparisons like rtings provide the best comparison without having the mice in your hand.
Good catch. Have it off but didn't realize it was on in this clip. I was just clicking random stuff when I did this screen capture and I did a couple of takes.
can someone help me my 4k reciever doesnt work the computer detects it but the green light is not on, it works wired and with 1k reciever, i already updated the firmware
The same shit, with m5 you can have same grip as m3 micro, but it feels much more comfortable, also you can use fingertip grip style with m5, but can use it with m3 micro
@@georgepierre3594 the keychron m4 is a really good mouse but u really have to like how slim it is (also with its curves) - having the darmoshark m3 micro for 4 days now i can easily say that i prefer this one over the keychron

This is a good year for us with our medium/small hands. I'm going to buy the m3 micro! Thanks for the review. 🥰
M3 Micro my beloved

ordered the micro as well, i always wanted to try a smaller sl12s shape

got my M5 for 42usd and really happy with it
42 is crazy
I thought I got a deal at $61. Great find

Looking forward to your Attackshark R2 video👀
I wish there would be mouse like the m3 micro with a higher hump, super light clicks and forwarded sensor position

M3 micro feels harder to click than m5
can games now run an 8k polling mouse without issue?

try on usb 3.0 or 3.1, because usb 2.0 can't handle more than 1k, or the hardware defective
How long is the battery life?
I also tried both of them. The main problem with the m3 micro is that it's way too thin for me. The m5 is a nice hsk plus alternative tho.
whats ur hand size?
The same shit, with m5 you can have same grip as m3 micro, but it feels much more comfortable, also you can use fingertip grip style with m5, but can use it with m3 micro
TBH,during the sound test, the structure feels really cheap built.
Thanks for given the cheap mice a shot for us. Great review as always👍
Darmoshark M5 come to Turkey
Ordered M5 for 70 freedom units - first fully fingertip mouse for me, hope it will be solid main.
I may do the same. We may get slightly better quality with G-wolves (if at all) but their price just ain't it.
nice. I got a keychron m4 4k for 70 and it's been really solid so far. havent had it too long but it feels great so far

my darmoshark m3 sounds the same. feels cheap too but i guess it works fine so cant complain too much
Cool T-shirt. What's the ID :D
