There's a cook you may know Rick Bayless on here. He uses hot tap water to soak, he says you wont get the tartness verses hot water from stove.

Looks good but you didn’t show adding the cooking oil to emulsify and give it that orange color. The best plate of breakfast food I have ever eaten was in Cabo and it was a roasted pablano pepper split open and stuffed with scrambled eggs and covered with this orange arbol sauce!!! It was listed on the menu as “breakfast relleno”......

Beginners need a list of ingredients to take to the store....! Professionals list those in the description dropdown!

Do you have a recipe for that salsa if you will or hot sauce without tomato? I’m trying to find a recipe for the one that they have in the Mexican food restaurants for the tacos that has no tomato in it so would I be able to use this recipe just don’t put tomato in it?

Hi, I am loving your videos. I wouldn't have thought about roasting the Chile De Arbol or the other one that I cannot say or spell, lol. Thank you for the tips. I am still learning while I'm getting things in order.

Hey John ! Another great sauce but when is the Peach fermented hot sauce coming? I have Porter peaches here in Oklahoma and trying to figure out how to make a fermented sauce from them. Again, looks like a great sauce!

Where do u find the 5 gallon buckets and lids for fermenting that I see you use in other videos. I personally think a 3 or 3.5 size would work better for me but do u a a link
