yeah... Originally she was a #0, but believe it or not, I couldn't find 50th character to fill her shoes. Not without going into trailer characters and festival characters. I had to include Reese because I couldn't think of enough characters, but I'd rather include as little Vidle festival characters as possible.
Good list, I have three complaints, Pyhrra is too high, I'd put her a little above Penny, definitely not above Winter, my next problem isn't a problem with the list itself, but you said Cinder's semblance was glass, that's not her semblance, that was dust (I could be wrong about that, but I haven't seen anything that says her semblance is glass), my last complaint is that Salem should be an Honorable Mention, since she hasn't done anything yet.
King Raplh Mativo she has Grimm powers sure, but all we've seen her do with them is command that communication Grimm thing, and while the communication Grimm thing is what killed Leo, Leo was really weak, he was losing to Oscar, anyway back on topic, while we can safely assume that Salem is the strongest character in RWBY, she hasn't actually done anything yet, and placing her at number one based on pure hype just doesn't sit well with me.

Ahh i think you got Jaune's semblance wrong, its not healing its aura enhancing, by doing so he is able to enhance the natural abilities of his comrades if you look at the people he helped could used their powers at a higher level, for example in season 6 he used his powers on Ren so Ren can effect an entire train or train cart full of people, and he needed Jaune's power for that, also was he was "healing Weiss" he wasn't healing her but enhancing her aura that protects the hunters and huntresses so that aura healed her in a faster pace instead. Although its just a game, within the game he does the same thing but that power focus more on enhancing their power for attack power rather then natural abilities. His semblance is also called Aura Manipulation. Its either that or Aura enhancing but I know it is not a healing ability.
Wha? Vernol would not loose to penny and yang. Also pyrrah is not stronger than neo, winter, ironwood, ooblick and Because all of these people were perfessional huntsmen. And Vernol and neo would be pretty close but seeing how good they did to the 2 strongest members on team rwby they would still win. There were plenty of others but that would take too long😏

I don't even think Neo and Winter could beat her, possibly I don't know. But not the professors or Ironwood. They got their ranks from more than just combat I mean if you wanna talk about titles they thought she was strong enough that she should have the other half of the Maidens' powers. And she has one of the strongest semblances. As much as I love vernal and am biased towards her she can't beat Penny or Yang.
The reasons they asked her to have the other half was her fighting skillz her mature attetude and her age. There were no other peeson in the show who could of handle the the power better then pyrrah not only because her fightinf skillz but the other girl characters that was stronger or as strong as pyrrah was a villian or to old (Glinda). But u can't exclude there tidles and rankings because if pyrrah was truly THAT strong there would be no need for a school why do you think pyrrah is so strong anyway? They're are so many people who overate pyrrah's strength that im starting to think that something is wrong with me. I know she's strong but not as strong as a professional huntsman or some character who are ACTUALLY untauchable (Neo) I could get iron wood since there no proof he has been through the same school training and we havent seen him do anything cool... and if you want to talk about assemblances Neo can... i dont feel like explaining how strong neo is right now or this is going to be 2 paragraphs longer😏 But if you think Pyrrah's more stronger than she actually is good for u
TheMissile Miner like I said, I don't think that they're stronger than her. On my first and most recent list I made for this topic I pretty certain that I actually placed Neo higher than Pyrrha. A debate between those 2 girls could be endless from all the possibilities. But the professors haven't shown as strong of feats as Pyrrha when it comes to combat, especially Port. That could be due to lack of fight scenes but even with more fight scenes I'm positive that she would beat them. I don't like to talk about titles because I won't care about their titles unless we're shown why they got them. I do believe they deserve their titles, not saying they don't. But we shouldn't use their titles for the reason of why they would win a fight or not. That would be something like "The professors beat Roman hands down since they got the titles hunters while Roman just works with the white fang and is under Cinder." That could be true but I'd like evidence from their capabilities, not their status.

But at least Ooblick and I even though I still think he would win I REALLY get were your coming from and you almost changed my mine... well u did with Port. And what you said about Neo a Pyrrah is fine by me (I also have talked about Pyrrah vs Neo way to much so I don't want to talk about that again any time soon).
