Hahaha cheers Richard 🎣✅ not a bad little inshore Dhu spot that one, funny as I had caught a few snapper in the tinny from that zone but it seems ya drop a drone bait on it and Dhu fish appear 😂🎣✅
So cool seeing you fellas pulling in these big Pinks and Dhus Jack! They really don't mind shallow water hey, it deceives everyone. One of my good mates speared a big one from a shore dive too, so awesome. Really stoked to see your videos and channel getting lots of attention now, well deserved! 🔥

I think it’s incredible how many good fish are right in close there, most drive straight over top of them haha, still really loving my shallow inshore fishing and I think it helps me get a better understanding for the whole thing.. appreciate the support mate really happy with the way the channel is going at the moment actually quite blown away with the support and amount of people I’m bumping into that recognise me 😅😅 it’s all a bit crazy haha. Just been watching latest episode from The Lateral Line UA-cam fishing channel....big west coast NZ snapper, north Taranaki beaches...
Hey mate 👋 haha yes having fish where your fishing certainly makes it easier 😂🎣 the lateral line easily one of my favourite channels love there show, taranaki is my old stomping grounds, my little brother still lives there & is forever catching awesome land based snapper off the back of his farm, finish milking crack a beer race down on the quad and catch a couple snapper tough gig haha 😫😎 iv got it really good here but there certainly is days I miss the Naki 😎🔥🎣 thanks for watching!!

I'm keen for a session lads recently subscribed to both of you and love me drone fishing keen to learn some tips and tricks and share what I've learnt no dhu for me yet but a few cracking sessions the over the last month PB snapper of 92 then topped it with a 94 the other week I landed 7 snapper in a 4 hour sesh smallest 73

I use dingle dangles on my drone rigs, if there are banjos ans eagle rays being a nuisance. I reckon it helps lift it off the floor.

Another great vid mate - curious to hear your thoughts on how different reeling in a fish from so far out compares to casting from the beach (aside from fatigue of course 😅). Great stuff fellas
Cheers Paz! I need too hook a really big one on the drone to really gauge it but with all that line in the water it certainly isn’t as sensitive as a cast caught snapper, more of a dead weight on the drone with a bit of kick 🎣✅ fun all the same but the drone certainly helps the catch rate that’s for sure!!
After watching u get a mulloway the other week on the dingle dangle I set em up on my drone rod

next time u go drone fishing try one rig triple Snell whole hering the big ones smash em but even the little ones will go a whole bait, freshly caught even better

Live baits it's the key 🗝️
Live baits do slay, I feel like alot of people don’t seem too do it over here? I need to give it another go soon as though, even from the boat, a snapper off a live bait would be epic ✅🎣😎
Mate I learnt to live bait in Perth they even say it on the news on ( fish watch )
for beach fishing I use a kids paddle pool and keep all the live bait fresh and alive all night it's nice to have a live bait at midnight 😂
I fish the Atlantic waters now and all I use is live bait
Think we know what someone is getting himseself for Xmas !

Floating a bait does not keep it away from rays. I have caught them top and mid water, if there is bait they will eat it.
Hey mate 👋 haha yes I have also seen rays upside down and all trying too get a feed haha, I’m sure it reduces the chances of ray having it up off the bottom but I don’t think ya could fully eliminate the ray from taking a bait haha 😅🎣
Are those cod eatable? I’ve caught them before but bit bigger , just didn’t know if ya could eat them

@@clicr oh haha sorry mate I’m not giving that up, it’s a nice quiet one that seems to hold fish and very few people haha. I don’t think anyone would be willing to share a dhu fish drone spot? Some spots are best left quiet. Sorry mate 😃 navionics is your friend though that’s how I found this one and there is sooooo many more spots like it right up our coastline 🙌
