As an entrepreneur I have two parts that are very important to upgrading my day and week. Everyday at the end of the day I do a ‘Daily review’ where I go over everything I did that day and plan for my next day. And at the end of the week I also do a ‘Weekly review’ where I plan everything for the week ahead and set my priorities. I do have a video about this on my channel for those who are interested.
If you gonna eat like that you will mass up your system, sugar… especially if you wake up at 5 and workout. Also I think it’s better to eat in peace, even if it takes 15 minutes. You can use this time to eat and think.
I'm big on talk to text. Saves time when I'm putting notes into my phone. Samsung also has 'Scheduled Text' message through messgaes. So for Birthdays I schedule a text for the date / time and to that particular person, shows I've remembered them, yet haven't had to think about it. Keeps my day productive.
I have a 2 hour round-trip commute for work. I've gone from listening to music and the same songs all the time to listening to podcasts/audiobooks. Maximizing my commute
