All these pedals sound great - it's just a matter of taste (and money 🙂). But the best thing is your kind of music and first and foremost your playing. I have only just recently found your channel but I've become a big fan. Keep rocking, Helmut

I don't know how you do it, but I can really hear the difference with the pedals! Some UA-cam channels don't capture the tone! That Strat sounds awesome! And you have a great blues rock feel in your playing! Hats off to you!

LOVED the strat tone! I enjoyed the Les Paul too, I guess maybe I take it for granted that a Les Paul is going to have a great lead tone. What I did find is that I waited the whole episode hoping against hope that we would hear that glorious Firebird of yours, maybe next time! For now I guess I could get my fix by re-watching your previous Firebird episode that was great by the way. Cheers1

SoloDallas pedal in this test I think is the best. Soldano Friedman amps oke but try the landry LS 100 G3 or the new Landry Lexi amp those are insane super killer amps!

Some killer noodling my friend. Very knowledgeable as well. With the skills to back it.
Im taking The King Of Tone. I do love anything Solo Dallas offers. I currently have a MKII JHS Sweet Tea. Love it. But desert island??? T.K.O.T. Be well my friend. You got my sub. Glad i found you.

Wow! Incredible demo!! BRAVO! Much respect to you.
You really hit the nail on the head. Too much gain is not the best solution on both ends. I hope when I put mine out, that it is a compliment and follow to this. You are one hell of a player sir! Great points stated in here. So Crazy that I have stumbled upon this.
First person I have seen with a similar pedal collection. And I am in the middle of doing a similar test, with different guitars, testing with the new Homewrecker Pickups models.
    My excitement is present because...
I am Literally in the middle of filming a comparison with the 2003 Klon, Wizard, 2002 Timmy, LovePedal Eternity Fuse, Cusack Screamer, Borrow a KOT from a friend, and get my TSR replaced since I had a defective one.
AMP: Early 2000's Bogner Ecstasy on Plexi Mode, Alternating, Blue and Red (Cleans up better). Then Have the Gain structures L/H. (Basically Plexi/Jcm800 Style Gain).
AMP2: 1983 JCM800 2204 STOCK everything on 6 (1 o'clock) Depending on how loud it is I might back off treble. Keeping Gain about 1 O'clock)
Have owned the original Storm. Can get muddy with Humbuckers. Unless they revised. Its thicker than the TSR.. The TSR is more "Squishy" a true classic boost. That one I felt was a great boost to hit the front to a frenzy, but, also to calm down. and roll off. You made the storm sound the best I have ever heard it!
    In My test..
The Wizard and Klon were close but way different. BOTH being soft clippers.
The Wizard had WAY more gain, feels like a soft clipping amp in a pedal. Very Interesting Very amp like. Definitely has a charge pump, it hits hard when the volume is up. It really pushes, and has a TON of gain on tap. Great for anyone playing heavy, that volume will drive, and so will gain.
The Klon (owned mine since 2003) is just transparent and is like an extension of your amp depending on your settings. I have a video coming out showing Klon settings (volume up maybe 3-5. o'clock, gain no more than 9-11 o'clock, that's where the natural midrange comes out). Gain on zero is more Thumpy Thicker and Tighter not as midrange driven. Perfect for ultimate headroom.
Need more time with a REAL KOT. Have tried some other copies, but need the real thing before I can say anything.
All in all. Praise to you for handling this demo with amazing playing, tone, great hands.

all nice those booster pedals the sound gets louder gets fatter but what also gets much louder is your noise. At Crunch it is not too bad but at High gain it is very annoying and playing with a noise gate is not my preference!

Mega Sound Hr. Bibl. Das sind vorwiegend meine liebling Vibes in "Hard 'n Heavy". Der kleine Friedman klingt zum Niederknien Bei den Booster Pedalen bin ich beim Analogman, obwohl alle anderen auch super sind !!! Sehr tolles Video. Abgehört mit den kleinen JBL 305P MKII. LG aus dem Westen...👍

Solodallas on crunch ok, with high gain a lot of noise! test the Okko Diablo GH Signature pedal with the solodallas then it could be that you choose the Okko GH? At least there remains more of your Fender sound with the Gregor Hilden Okko as far as the booster part is concerned! For me, the GH Okko pedal is vastly better than the SoloDallas!
