I’m 26 & make 40k a year . I really want 2 work in the medical field . I want 2 be in nursing school but they have that hard teas test LOL I don’t think I’ll pass ... MA is my goal I just want to have a job that is comfortable something that I will enjoy (:
You should definitely do it ! I know nursing can get competitive and the teas test is the hardest part to get admitted but you never know unless you try! If not becoming an MA is also a good stepping stone for those wanting to get into the medical field:)!
I am a CMA and I also work for a GI group in the endoscopy center assisting with procedures. I've been there 8 years and love it! Hope to see more of your daily routines.
Hi! I loved this video! You're so bubbly! I just started the MA program this past Monday! I am studying at home due to COVID-19. All the terminology and reading, all the information seems overwhelming but my instructor encouraged me and let me know it gets easier! Haven't been to school in 10 years! Excited for my future.
Indira Rojas aww thank you!😭💓 ugh tell me about it this whole covid is so over whelming😭 at the begging it’s going to be a little difficult but once you get to see more medical terminology you’ll be able to understand more and it will be super easy!🤗 you got this ! ✨ also making flash cards helped me so much with my medical terminology when studying 😭
I start school for medical assisting on the 29th & I needed a boost of wisdom, and just positive outcomes for me! Hopefully everything turns out how I want it & I love the vlog sis!!
Do you plan on keeping your career as a MA or do you want to move further into the field, like become a nurse or something? I'm just wondering because I'm considering going into trade school for a MA program, and if I decide to keep my career as a MA, will I be able to support myself as an adult (like pay bills, buy a house, live comfortably, etc etc.)? How are you in life with this career path?
Thank you so much for this Video ! I have just graduated from the medical assistant program at Herzing University Birmingham. I have three interviews for the medical assistant position. I’m excited but little nervous. Your videos are very informative as helpful.
Loved your vlog!! I’m also a medical assistant and going back to work sooon since I just had a baby. I thought I watch videos like these to refresh me 😅 I subscribed as well. Look forward to seeing more videos like these 😊
I just moved from another state and am getting ready to go back to work as an MA. I'm nervous tho!! Lol. Watching videos to get me excited instead of so nervous!
I'm really interested in this field. I discovered after years of trying that college may not work for me, so I'm obviously worried about not making enough money. But obviously none of that matters as long as you're happy!
Hi I am probably late lol , but I start my trade school to get certified as a MA next here in August , just to get my feet in before jumping straight to rn and I wanted to know does a CMA make a good comfortable living to like get a apartment & new subscriber here
I have my medical assistant diploma but I never got certified it was very hard trying to get a job in the field so now I am currently studying pharmacy tech in hopes of becoming a pharmacy technician I will be getting certified. All my family keeps telling me to go back and become certified as a MA but I feel like I have sincerely forgot everything I learned so I am scared to take the certification for it.
Yes sometimes, at the beginning it can be hard for some people to find a job in the field i myself went through that. That’s why it is very important to research the school they decided to attend before they even enroll and too make sure that the school sends there students to a good externship site where they are hiring. I think it’s awesome that you are studying for pharmacy tech now, you not only have 1 but 2 careers in the medical field. I would honestly recommend maybe watching some videos to refresh your mind that way u can take the certification for MA don’t be scared I believe in you, you got this girl! :)
@@Yessiii21Vlogs thank you so very much for that encouragement it sincerely meant a lot. And yes it is important to send externs to a place hiring unfortunately mine wasn't and they eventually closed so I am glad I didn't get hired there
