The noise level depends on the 1-3 settings with how hard you want the machine to work. You can also upgrade the filters and get one better for pet hair and smells which is a must have in my home. Pero sir, base sa tancha ko sa gauge ng wire mo, kulang ang 13.1 dc volts jan...mas okay siguro kung taasan mo ang dc volts ng mga 48v...
Mahina ang initial torque...nagbibuild -up lng ng speed kapag naka idle na...
sa totoo lng napansin kong mahina ang torque ...once na idiniin mo yan nang kaunti siguradong hihinto yan..
High speed at high torque pa nman ang kailangan sa angle grinders...
Hanga ako sa creativity mo, need lng ng kaunting innovation at adjustment jan at okay yang idea mo...

Аккумулятор надо было на 18 вольт хотя бы собрать 12 вольт маловато будет , на якоре коэффициент трансформации слишком большой и магниты малы , высота магнита должна соответствовать высоте пакета железа якоря , а иначе мощи маловато будет , игрушка , а так идея неплохая при наличии деталей можно исебе замутить .

Güzel iş, fakat kaç sipir (turn) , kaç mm tel (wire) ve mıknatıslar (magnet) nereden nasıl bulunur . Bunları dilinizi bilmeyenler için yazılı açıklasaydınız daha verimli olurdu.

Too much work, just use 775, 795 or 895 motor. Then use an adaptor 12v and there you go dc angle grinder. Or if you want a cordless then make the battery base like an cordless drill or something and use that battery to power it up.
or just fucking buy a battery powered angle grinder from the start.

La magneți nu are o bucșe de țeavă pe unde să se închidă cîmpu magnetic, iar la turație era bine dacă se făcea și un calcul matematic al nr. de spire după un îndrumar de proiectare motoare. Așa cum a fost bobinat numa la 24 V e la fel ca înainte. Da și impregnarea cu poliester a pătruns numa la capete. N-am văzut și o echilibrare cu bliț . Da și lungimea magnetului trebuie să fie cel puțin egală cu lungimea rotorului. Da și colectoru și periile sînt subdimensionate. Aici e principala problemă, și nici perii de electomotor nu se pot pune că se uzează imediat colectoru. Colectoru e dimensionat pentru cca 6 A / 30000 rpm. Modificarea trebuia să producă aceleași performanțe mecanice ale motorului, și prin urmare cea mai inteligentă inginerie este cea realizată inițial la fabrică la care se poate adăuga magnetu băgat într-o carcasă de tablă de cca 3 mm, și alimentat cu curent DC 75 V de la un invertor de sudură. Mai lipsește un magnet care să adune tot prafu de metal înainte de a fi aspirat în motor.
