I find the words to express how sad I am that I will not get to enjoy, not only the renovation of such a stately and beautiful historic home, but the positivity, cheerfulness, and kindness that you portray in your work ethic and commentary will greatly be missed. I have so enjoyed following your journey. It is perfectly understandable why you are choosing to hand Miss Moreland over. But know that we have enjoyed every Sunday watching you conquer each problem with tenacity and care. I wish you both great happiness and success in what lies next for your future! God bless and keep you.
This home was a huge financial responsibility, I find it amazing that you got as far as you did, hopefully this person will continue to restore her and not take her down piece by piece
Oh no! What am I going to do without my weekly dose of Frank, Kerry and the Moggies? Funny how life has a habit of changing direction at any time. As you said, you've saved the old girl, no doubt about it. Happy for you both, in lots of ways. Please do take us all back whenever you can. Thanks for sharing.
Welcome Frank and Kerry. Without a doubt you have saved this beautiful house, without your hard work, today the house would be gone. You have sacrificed time and strength so you must have had a reason to sell it and I only hope it is not demolished for the elements but refurbished. It's your life and your decision, and although I'm sad that I won't be with you to watch this house become more and more beautiful, I respect your decision and hope that you'll pop in sometime to tell me how you're doing. I wish you all the best, I am glad I had the opportunity to meet you, such warm, wonderful, hard-working and friendly people, with a heart of gold, who rescued two little kittens and then took care of the kitten that came to them. I wish you luck and see you again, maybe in a new project, I will miss you Mia and Minni💚💚
@@moorelandhouse I know you have come to love this house and I'm sure you want it to be beautiful one day, so no one unworthy of this residence will buy it. Warmest regards, see you soon💚💚🍀🍀
Also, don't be strangers! Please let us know where your next project will be. You both have been fun to follow on this adventure, and I am sure many of us would like to follow you on to your next one. My days will not be the same without you and these historic adventures. Take care and be well!
Well Bebes - I am happy and sad. Selfishly sad that I will miss you both and Miss Mooreland very much. And somewhat relieved that God has shifted the burden of the scope of this work to someone else who will continue to love her. At the risk of sounding like a doddering old lady (which I am) I always felt concern about the toll this would take on you both physically and how much one's body changes over the course of 10 years. Frank's back must be doing a happy dance. So thank you, thank you thank your for the ride along on this wonderful journey. Who knows, maybe there is another wonderful project in your future. I must confess that as a life long antiquer that I have been eyeing large scale victorian furniture with Miss Mooreland in mind. Bless you both and I will look forward to the updates with great anticipation. Again - many, many thanks. s
wow. just wow...and yet, not surprised. thank you for your "service" and i'm glad that you can at least give us occasional updates...because YES..we are emotionally invested in Miss Moreland too
We know that there have been a lot of emotional attachments made in the last few years. We are struggling with it but we think it is the best for the Mooreland House and the local community.
I am really gonna miss my sunday mornings without you ...God always has a plan and we all gotta trust in him ..may God bless you both on all your adventures
You have truly saved Miss Moreland and now you are being saved. My head was spinning just thinking about what was needed to get this house back. The lucky buyer has y’all to thank for your beautiful work. God blesses us every day.
I’ll miss your videos saving the mansion. I’ve enjoyed watching them right from the start, though I’m sure you made the right decision to sell. I was wandering if it was really too much for you especially when you showed the state of the tower. I look forward to any further videos you can make as the new owner continues the work.
The tower really didn't scare us. We made that video specifically to show the buyer what he was in for. We wouldn't have been surprised if he backed out of the deal after seeing it. =)
Oh my. What a surprise you gave us this morning! Sunday mornings will not be the same! I will look forward to seeing any updates you are able to film on the progress with Miss Moorland in the years to come. That will be neat to see. Do you think you'll find another house to fix up? You both are so good at it, and I know there are many of us who really enjoy tagging along to see what you accomplish. I know you don't get the chance to get to know the rest of us, like we've gotten to know you, but you you've become a little like family over the past few years. It's been a joy watching you work, and I've really enjoyed your fun sense of humor. I've even had the pleasure of singing harmony with you a few times. :D Hopefully there will be new adventures down the road! Either way, I wish you both the very best! Maybe one day our paths will cross and I can say, Hey, I know you two! :)
We have greatly enjoyed our Sunday interactions with you. You always leave such wonderful comments. We are going to start working on our 1905 Victorian house again that has been feeling neglected over the past 4 years or so. =)
@@moorelandhouse Thank you for your kind words. I will look forward to following along as you fix up your 1905 Victorian House! I love old houses. I wish my husband and I had the skills to fix one up, but that's just not one of our talents. We do appreciate when others are able to make an old home updated, but still keep all it's wonderful old charm. So I guess I'm living vicariously through you two! :)
Ahh this is so sad that you are not going to complete the house. However, it’s great that someone else will finish the house and hopefully show it the care and love the both of you did. You really have saved this house in the last 4 years from probable demolition. Well done for that!
Aw, you have worked SO hard on this sweet lady! Thank you for your work and labor of love up to this point. My sister and I fell in love with her, too, ever since we turned around in the drive so many years ago when she was first for sale. We look forward to seeing what they do with her. So glad you didn't abandon the project and just let her fall in on herself. God bless!
When I came across one of your videos, I was hooked, went back to the very beginning, I wish the best for your sale, you have put your heart into this but I had already told my self I was gonna skip anything of the tower repair, just to dangerous, you are the ones who saved Miss Moreland, thanks you,
I just spent weeks binge watching your Moorehouse channel. Have fallen in love with it and was in hopes to see everything come to a finish. I cannot believe how talented and hard working Frank is and Carrie, you do a wonderful job supporting him. God bless you both in your future endeavors.
It will be interesting to see what the next owner does with the house. I hope they use all of the slate and recycled wood that you have worked so hard to accumulate. i just feel so sad. I am glad that you won't be dangling from any towers. I will miss you both. I hope you stay on youtube and get us involved in your next project. Now I read that Kitten has passed away. What a sad day. Kitten was lucky to have you for the last 4 years.
I believe in answered prayer also, but this was quite a shock. You know how much I love your posts. I wish you all the best in your future and also the future of Miss Mooreland. God bless you richly. Keep on singing!
You will need to buy another old house to renovate. I have gotten used to seeing what you are up to every Sunday AM. You two are amazing! But please keep us up to date on Miss Moreland! God bless you! Of course pray about whatever God would have you do.
As I said last week I was praying for safety in the tower project. God does answer our prayers in unexpected ways and this is his will for you guys. Please keep us updated on her progress. I know in my heart you guys won’t just sit around 😊 I feel like you will find more projects for us to follow as I followed before this beautiful house. I loved the little cabin project. I will definitely miss you guys as I have been here since your journey started. Please consider keeping the channel going with Frank and Carrie adventures. We will miss this house but will miss you more. Good bless
Awww! I'm happy and sad for you! Thanks for the journey so far, and I do look forward to seeing any updates that come along, and hopefully Ms. Mooreland will be in good hands, and will spring back to life in a glorious way! Good luck to you both, and thank you!!
I cant say I'm excited about this revelation because i have really enjoyed watching yall make improvements on the house and always looked forward to seeing future progress. Not only that, i will miss your cute faces too! But...i understand...its your life...and somehow there is relief in your eyes and excitement in your voices. I wish you all the best!
OH NO! I just discovered your channel and have been trying to catch up from the beginning to now. I subscribed about a week ago and so looked forward to watching the progress. You two are so talented and a pleasure to watch. Please consider buying another historic home to restore!!! You don’t realize how special you are. God Bless!
Everything has a purpose and a plan...This was so much to undertake..and you served your purpose....GOD Bless you Both..You will have to keep us updated with you both...
@@moorelandhouse When you were finding the recent holes in the roof, I just had such a bad feeling...And I think that was GODs way saying confirmation to ya'll.....How about keeping us updated with you guys. The adventures of....flying, the kitties, your water adventures...it wasnt just the house. The world fell in love with you guys..
I think bittersweet is a common word today. Bittersweet for a lot of us viewers, but I can't imagine how bittersweet this must be for both of you. It is hard to believe it has been four years now. You both have done such an amazing job (that is an understatement) and to know it has always just been the two of you (with help from key players like Bertha and Genie, of course). You definitely have saved Ms. Mooreland!!! I can't imagine if she would still be there had you two not come along. I think one of the best things you did was keep nearly all of the water out and allow her to stay dry. That tower was going to be one massive project, and I know you would have accomplished the repairs, but good to know you won't be all the way up there trying to take those stones down. Being a lover of old houses, it has been great to watch you take on some of the repairs. It's been great seeing some of the processes and materials used, as well as learning what works best and how things were built back in that day. I also appreciate how diligent and proactive you are (i.e. covering up and protecting that amazing stained-glass window to lessen damage risks). I truly hope the new owner doesn't modernize it and use inferior products to restore it. Please continue to post videos on this house when permitted, or even your own house projects. Thanks for reading this and for so much great coverage in four years. Best of luck!
As you know, we read every comment and respond to them. We have been encouraged many times by your comments and we are going to miss that. You are correct, it was and still is an agonizing decision. We truly think it is the best thing for the Mooreland House and the local community. Thanks for being with us and sharing in this wonderful journey we have been on.
I can’t deny I’m going to miss seeing you both. So happy for all involved with this beautiful home. You got the job started and now they can finish her. Best of luck 😊😊
@@moorelandhouse That makes it even more God's doings ! I have enjoyed watching your channel from here in Texas. Hoping you leave the channel up & do periodic updates
You two really did lift Ms Mooreland from her death bed and give her life support and a leg to stand on " or limp"😊 She looks so much better then when you got her. I am sure you would have continued to do a wonderful job but its nice that a Team will come in and get it done faster. I hope they stay true to her original bones and your dreams for her. Excited to see her in her full glory someday. I am sure she will be a beautiful residence, B&B, Museum, or other business combo. Good Luck with your other projects and I hope they really do let you do updates.
I’m sad we won’t be seeing you each Sunday, but I’m glad the house has a new owner that can move faster and she does need that. Here’s hoping we get some good updates from you and who knows, maybe there’s another house out there waiting for you both to come along….
This is a huge surprise! You seemed to be so attached and dedicated to the preservation of the house so I know this must have been a difficult decision. Your work on the house was incredible and the new owner is very fortunate to benefit from your years of hard work. Best wishes for your future endeavors!
We are very dedicated to seeing the Mooreland House come back to life and that is part of our decision to sell to someone that can make it happen much quicker. We hope you are able to use some hot lime mortar some day. It is a lot of fun to work with.
I know we're all going to miss your Sunday Morning videos. I was so excited about seeing you working on the tower. 😞 I'm sure with your passion for old homes it won't be long before you find another in desperate need of your care. I'm glad Miss Mooreland has found another caretaker that sounds as passionate as you. I'm certain that because of your efforts and your presence on YT has helped save her and powers beyond us brought this person to you. She really wasn't long for this world before you came along. I know that she will get the help she deserves. Even though it won't be you I wonder if the new owner might document Miss Moorlands progress on their own vlog. We'll miss you and can't wait for your next adventure.
I'm going to miss you guys Sunday mornings with my coffee. Best of luck to you and thank you for saving that old house from certain destruction. Water main was my favorite part. What a job that was. Have a great summer.
I am sad for my Sunday mornings without you but delighted that Miss Moreland’s restoration journey will continue. I will miss your optimism and happiness with each part of the work you did. Plus your engineering skills when trying to problem solve. Most of all I will miss watching the two of you together. Truly a wonderful partnership. What is going to happen to Kitty? Take care
It has been a wonderful journey. Unfortunately, Kitten passed away at the end of last year. She was the best stray cat we ever met. She is now a permanent part of the Mooreland House property where she loved spending time.
Sorry I won’t see you on Sundays. Congratulations on the new rescue team coming in. It will be a great save that will be continued from your great Love you gave Her.❤
I am really sad that you won't be fixing her up. You two saved me from a very lonely Christmas 2023 and I will miss your upbeat banter and your care and attention to such a wonderful place. 😢I will really miss you and the kitties
I'm glad she found a Knight... Sad that you are losing her... but ... I'm hopeful this person puts as much love and care into her that you have. I will miss seeing you here working on her. But you did what you set out to do which was to save the house... and your knight is going to do that... I'm glad for all of you. I'll miss seeing you here but.... I look forward to see the progress.
We really do think it is for the best. It would have been another two years just completing the outside with just the two of us working on it. Things will progress much quicker now.
Shocked, re 'sale pending'. Good news & bad news, Agree like the tower after seeing the damage to the tower, safety wise, good idea to let go, bad news watching your videos has been something I look forward to. 'Thought' I had much work here but seeing what you folks go thru, mine is little....
Looking forward to the updates of the castle after the sale and will wait patiently for a new project you engage ... (I had a 1906 working woman’s house I refurbished - so rewarding) congratulations on saving Miss Moreland ... how’d the buyer find you? Via your videos? So wonderful she’ll be a family home again! 💝 (my two girl kitties were rescues too - bottle fed and they both are such great smugglers - three years old this month)
The buyer was trying to find a place near Harrodsburg. He did a google search for "castles" and found the Mooreland House. He started watching our videos and fell in love with the house.
The two of you have done an incredible job in addressing many of the major structural problems within the house. I so admire your determination, skill and love for the property. I have been worried about you both of late. It just seems like those major issues are endless. And then when those tasks are completed, you'd have a world of cosmetic jobs to contemplate. AHHHH! I can"t imagine how you both are doing this sometimes backbreaking work and also keeping up with your other jobs, paid and otherwise! You deserve some much needed couch time. Bless you both for taking on such a monumental task! You saved this once beautiful house from almost sure destruction. I have watched your videos religiously every Sunday for four years. I was there at the courthouse when the house went up for sale only to have no takers and go back to the bank. Many there that day were really worried about the fate of a Harrodsburg treasure. What a sense of satisfaction you both must have in all that you accomplished. I have one concern......what will become of "Kitten"? Will you take her home?
Thanks for the wonderful comment. Unfortunately we lost Kitten at the end of last year. Kitten will always be part of the Mooreland House property now.
I’m excited to hear that the new owner is allowing you to continue filming, that’s awesome news, as we all would enjoy the updated progress on her, a little sad your selling but it is what it is 😊 happy for you both.
Oh wow, I wasn't expecting this news but I sure can understand your decision. It's been an interesting and entertaining journey following you! Maybe you'll bring us along on another project? It will be so interesting to get updates on Miss Mooreland upcoming. Thanks Frank and Carrie!
I’m sad that you’ve sold Miss Mooreland, but I completely understand. You guys have done more to save her than I ever could! I’m going to miss the happy banter between you guys (“Hot Limmmme Mortar and “Watcha doin’ Baaaaby” for example and seeing your kitties as well. I’m sad about Kitten and hope she is resting where she won’t be disturbed. 😢 However, I’m thankful that you will come back occasionally to give us updates. Im so invested in this house! LOL May God bless you both in what ever you do in your lives and if you ever decide to have another channel let us know!! You have given me hope that there are wonderful people still out among us!!
You have saved Ms. Mooreland from significant damage over these last few years, it was a joy (and sometimes a nail-biter) to watch! Perhaps this is odd for just a viewer to say - but it feels like the right time to pass her into other capable hands. I'll miss your weekly videos, but wish you all the best! Thanks for bringing us along the last few years!
Yes, the buyer made a good argument about what he was going to be able to do better than us. Having it done more quickly is better for the Mooreland House and the community.
Wow, you saved this mansion, and now some one has seen your vision. Maybe, the "Old Girl," would have not survived to meet this rescue. It's like Moses heading to the promised land, but it didn't take 40 years.😊
I’m so sad but I understand. I hope you guys will maybe take on a smaller project and take us with you. I’m looking forward to seeing the progress of the new owners.
I am happy that you saved the house and got it to a point that someone else wants to save it. I am also happy for you that your. happy with the buyer. That said I am extremely sad that you and Miss Mooreland are not going to be part of Sunday mornings. Here's hoping that you find another project house to take us on weekly trips with maybe a bit smaller and less challenging but equally beautiful.
We are going to miss you both so much, it's been an inspiration and joy to watch you saving that beautiful house but I'm sure you are doing what you think is best for you and the house.maybe you will find another project big or small and take us along with you.
Wow what a surprise to hear that you sold but it’s great to hear that you will be able to keep us updated on the progress going forward. Wishing you both well. Will miss seeing you every Sunday for sure. Good luck to you and the new owners.
Oh my gosh! Now, what am I gonna do on Sunday morning? I will miss y’all, and I’ll miss seeing Miss Moreland. Hopefully the new owner will give us something to follow and see how she grows. Take care and many blessings!❤😊
Truly a bittersweet moment here. Will miss you two but I am very happy for you because this seems to be also fine for you. God bless you during this Lenten season.💕
Sad, no longer seeing you guys doing the renovations on this mansion.. I hope this person, the new owner, will continue to restore this house to its original condition.. It will be awesome...
Wow. Miss Mooreland is so lucky you found her, loved her hard, and now someone else is going to be able to love her too. Thank you for taking all of us on this journey with you. You are both amazing. The work hasn’t been easy, I’m sure. I also hope you’re able to keep us updated as time permits. ❤
I am so sad! I do look forward to any updates on Miss Moorland though. She has been a part of my Sunday mornings for what seems like ever and ever. You guys have been part of my Sunday morning routine and have looked forward to enjoying a cup of coffee with your weekly video. I will be lost. Most of all, I will greatly miss the both of you. I wish you all the best in any future endeavors you my have. ❤🇨🇦
This is bitter sweet, I'm still trying to catch up on the past years, and I'll miss seeing you two working on the house, but it's great someone else is interested in restoring her. I was worried a few times with some of the stuff you were having to do. You two saved her, and now it's time to pass the torch on. I wish they'd do videos too, but I'm glad they'll let you in to do updates. :)
Thanks to you both for bringing something wonderful to others. You've got a gift in making others interested in your daring - yet low key ways. Hopefully you'll find another candidate for a future show. I've also appreciated your vocal background music. Quite a talented family.
God always knows best. Thanks for sharing the journey with us. If God leads to another project - big or small - do feel free to bring us along. Meanwhile enjoy a time of rest and restoration for you both.
Well, I am sadden and surprised to hear this news. I understand, though, and wish my favorite DIY couple the best. Will the new buyer start a UA-cam show? I look forward to updates. 😢❤😊
Thank you for all the interesting and informative videos. I will miss you both and the kitties at the end of the videos. Glad you will still video some of the construction with the new owner. Thanks again and have a good week.
I look forward to watching your channel every Sunday after I get home from church, I will miss you very much!! Please rehome the Miss Moreland kitty so she don’t get hurt with all the construction that will be going on. I will be looking forward to watching your updates as to all that will be going on at Miss Moreland.
We will do the updates. Unfortunately, Kitten passed away at the end of last year. She was the best stray cat we ever met. She is now a permanent part of the Mooreland House property where she loved spending time.
@@moorelandhouse so sorry to hear that, I enjoyed Kitten supervising your work! 😢. I have three kitties of my own and a few of neighbor cats that come by and I feed .

@@moorelandhouse I trust that you two will eventually find another project that will provide inspiration and entertainment for a new and currently following youtube audience....
We have enjoyed watching you two on this restoration. It sounds like you're leaving the place in good hands and while we're sorry that we'll miss the work on the tower and the stone walls, good luck and we're excited to hear about your next adventure...
🦘🦘🦘What wonderful news for you guys. Totally understandable and congratulations on the sale. Yes we will miss you both terribly and Sundays won’t be the same I want you both to know how much joy I have had watching along Wishing you all the best in the future hoping to see you on screen again with another adventure for us all. Frank the pilot and Carrie the queen videographer I salute you 🦘🦘🦘
I have enjoyed watching the videos, but sounds like the Moreland house will be in good hands. I hope when you start your next project you continue to post videos.
Sad to see in the comments that Kitten had passed away at the end of last year. Also sad to see your chapter close on Miss Moreland but the two of you saved her which is the most important thing. I had a feeling the sale was coming when I saw the videos on how bad the tower is, and that even though you both put in a valiant and at times heroic effort on the rest of the house, fixing the tower was a bridge too far for the two of you to do safely. I will miss your videos, but wish you the best in everything you do going forward. Thank you for taking us with you on your journey.
The tower was going to be a huge project but we were actually looking forward to it. We think we are doing what is best for the Mooreland House though.
I feel bad that you will never get the opportunity to actually live there after all of your hard work renovating her. 🙁 I was very much looking forward to seeing that gorgeous staircase brought back to life. Will your be searching for another home to restore? Good luck in your endeavors. You are delightful people!
We need to finish our 1905 Victorian that we have been neglecting for about 4 years. We plan on doing updates on the Mooreland House and you should be able to see the finished product in about 2 years.
@@moorelandhouse thanks for your reply! somehow I missed the fact that you have a Victorian home you are restoring. Is that the home where you currently reside? Is there a chance you may continue with your channel showing us your restorations on your Victorian?
This is truly a surprising development. I thought you’d see it ‘til he end. I’m sad but happy for you two if this is truly what you want. What are you going to do with all the extra time you’ll have? I’ll miss you!!💔
It isn't really what we want but we think it is what is best for the Mooreland House and the surrounding community. We know everything will work out okay.
I will miss your videos as it's become part of my early Sunday routine. However, having done all the remodeling on my old house, I can't imagine the work that was ahead for you two, and how you would have accomplished it, but that was part of the fun, right? I do look forward to seeing any content about how this beautiful gem comes to life.
Wow….I wasn’t expecting this. What you two accomplished all on your own so far was positively heroic. It’s so bittersweet that you will no longer be the stewards of Miss Moreland’s future but I can understand why you chose to sell her. I have a few questions: is the new owner interested in vlogging/keeping this following as he continues work on Harrodsburg Castle? (I hope so, … but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea). Is he truly going to restore her or just renovate her? I have a lump in my throat that we will not be visiting with you every Sunday morning. I wish you both well on your future, probably sans Miss Moreland. Thank you for years of information, entertainment, teamwork, perseverance and general optimism. ❤ Whatever happens I too pray it will be for the most benevolent outcome for all.
That was a very nice and well thought out comment. We do hope that he will do some kind of videos but if not, Kerry will do it from time to time. As of now, he plans to do a full restoration.
I have been here since the very beginning on FB. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. I dont understand the decision, but it's not mine to make. Good luck.
We know. It was a difficult decision and we are still not sure we are making the right one. Our main reason was to get the Mooreland House completed a lot faster so more people could enjoy the finished product. It was going to take us another 6 years at the minimum.
Okay so I always comment Happy Sunday before I even watch the video because I am so bad at remembering to comment. I want to support your channel by commenting so that was my solution. I am so sad to not get to continue watching the progress and to see y’all every week. 😢
Unfortunately, Kitten passed away at the end of last year. She was the best stray cat we ever met. She is now a permanent part of the Mooreland House property where she loved spending time.
@moorelandhouse So sorry to hear. That must have been heartbreaking. But at least she had a good life with you guys. And she won't be a burden for the new owners.
My Sunday mornings will be different without you. I’ve grown quite fond of you all and this house. Hope she’ll be in good hands. Best wishes.
Yes, our Sunday mornings are going to change significantly.
I'm really gonna miss you guys every Sunday morning-and your two kitties! Please keep us updated and God bless.

We will still be doing hard work. We have a three story 1905 Victorian that we have been neglecting that we will go back to work on.
wow. just wow...and yet, not surprised. thank you for your "service" and i'm glad that you can at least give us occasional updates...because YES..we are emotionally invested in Miss Moreland too
We know that there have been a lot of emotional attachments made in the last few years. We are struggling with it but we think it is the best for the Mooreland House and the local community.
Thank you for the inspirational videos.
You are very welcome! We enjoyed the journey.
I will miss your cheerful attitude and company each Sunday. God bless you both . Thank you for sharing.
We have enjoyed it.
I am really gonna miss my sunday mornings without you ...God always has a plan and we all gotta trust in him ..may God bless you both on all your adventures
Thanks! It will impact our Sundays quite a bit too. =)
You have truly saved Miss Moreland and now you are being saved. My head was spinning just thinking about what was needed to get this house back. The lucky buyer has y’all to thank for your beautiful work. God blesses us every day.
We are truly excited to see the Mooreland House finished. We think this is the best thing for the community as well.
Everything has its time, God bless, Mike
Thanks Mike! You have been an inspiration! We couldn't have done it without your UA-cam channel to learn from.
I was looking forward to seeing the house brought back to its glory.
You are in luck! It will be done in two years and we will do updates and a final tour video when it is back to it's glory.
Ahh this is so sad that you are not going to complete the house. However, it’s great that someone else will finish the house and hopefully show it the care and love the both of you did. You really have saved this house in the last 4 years from probable demolition.
Well done for that!
Thanks! The goal was to save the Mooreland House and we think we were successful in that.
Absolutely!
God has his own timing
Aw, you have worked SO hard on this sweet lady! Thank you for your work and labor of love up to this point. My sister and I fell in love with her, too, ever since we turned around in the drive so many years ago when she was first for sale. We look forward to seeing what they do with her. So glad you didn't abandon the project and just let her fall in on herself. God bless!
It is simply an amazing house. Anyone that sees it falls in love with it.
When I came across one of your videos, I was hooked, went back to the very beginning, I wish the best for your sale, you have put your heart into this but I had already told my self I was gonna skip anything of the tower repair, just to dangerous, you are the ones who saved Miss Moreland, thanks you,
Now you will get to see updates of the tower being repaired and it won't be a nail biter. =)
I just spent weeks binge watching your Moorehouse channel. Have fallen in love with it and was in hopes to see everything come to a finish. I cannot believe how talented and hard working Frank is and Carrie, you do a wonderful job supporting him.
God bless you both in your future endeavors.
Awesome! Thank you! We will be updating and will try to talk the new owner into letting us do a full tour when it is finished in two years.
Yes, Kitten was a blessing on our lives and really touched everyone that she came into contact with. We miss her greatly.
I believe in answered prayer also, but this was quite a shock. You know how much I love your posts. I wish you all the best in your future and also the future of Miss Mooreland. God bless you richly. Keep on singing!
Thank you so much!
You will need to buy another old house to renovate. I have gotten used to seeing what you are up to every Sunday AM. You two are amazing! But please keep us up to date on Miss Moreland! God bless you! Of course pray about whatever God would have you do.
We already have a three story 1905 Victorian that we have been working on for about 20 years. Now that house will get a little more love. =)
@@moorelandhouse Well I can't wait to see it.
Good bless
We might start up the Frank and Kerry's Adventures again. We know that most people were just interested in the castle though.
@@moorelandhouse I will definitely watch.
Awww! I'm happy and sad for you! Thanks for the journey so far, and I do look forward to seeing any updates that come along, and hopefully Ms. Mooreland will be in good hands, and will spring back to life in a glorious way! Good luck to you both, and thank you!!
You are so welcome! We think everyone will be please at what the new owner will do with the Mooreland House. We are excited to see.
Thanks! We still have a week before we know for sure.
OH NO! I just discovered your channel and have been trying to catch up from the beginning to now. I subscribed about a week ago and so looked forward to watching the progress. You two are so talented and a pleasure to watch. Please consider buying another historic home to restore!!! You don’t realize how special you are. God Bless!
Aw, thanks! We are truly blessed.
Everything has a purpose and a plan...This was so much to undertake..and you served your purpose....GOD Bless you Both..You will have to keep us updated with you both...
We will. God has truly blessed us tremendously.
I will miss watching your restoration work. I'm sad but relieved she will be saved and restored.
Yes, we feel like we are doing the best thing for the Mooreland House.
Sorry to see you both go, I will truly miss your banter and can do attitude. Wish you well on your further pursuits from Adelaide , Australia.
Thanks for following us.
I can’t deny I’m going to miss seeing you both. So happy for all involved with this beautiful home. You got the job started and now they can finish her. Best of luck 😊😊
That's what we think. We got the race started and now we are simply passing the baton.
I am in shock. So sudden but for someone else to want her and have the funds to do it was a God thing. Bless you two in all that you do.
Yes, we weren't even trying to sell the house.
We will do updates. We are excited to see the finish of this saga. =)
I’m sad we won’t be seeing you each Sunday, but I’m glad the house has a new owner that can move faster and she does need that.
Here’s hoping we get some good updates from you and who knows, maybe there’s another house out there waiting for you both to come along….
We have a 1905 Victorian that has been desperately needing some attention.
Oooh are you going to vlog that? That is exciting.
We haven't decided.
This is a huge surprise! You seemed to be so attached and dedicated to the preservation of the house so I know this must have been a difficult decision. Your work on the house was incredible and the new owner is very fortunate to benefit from your years of hard work. Best wishes for your future endeavors!
I am also glad to have learned about hot lime mortar from you. Thanks!
If they start a YT channel we will let everyone know. We are going to miss spending Sunday afternoon answering comments from people like you.
wow! I'm happy for you! But I am grateful we had you for this long! Thank you! Also glad Carrie will come and film some new videos......
Kerry will definitely be making updates.
Congratulations on the sell. She is a lot of work.
It was very satisfying work though.
I'm going to miss you guys Sunday mornings with my coffee. Best of luck to you and thank you for saving that old house from certain destruction. Water main was my favorite part. What a job that was. Have a great summer.
Thanks! We have loved spending Sunday mornings with our UA-cam family. We always watch along and drink our coffee as well.
It will be a great save that will be continued from your great Love you gave Her.❤
We will miss our Sundays with the UA-cam family as well.
I am really sad that you won't be fixing her up. You two saved me from a very lonely Christmas 2023 and I will miss your upbeat banter and your care and attention to such a wonderful place. 😢I will really miss you and the kitties
We are glad we made your Christmas better! You have made our lives better by leaving such positive comments.
It was a pretty big project. =)
Boy! Am I gonna miss you guys! Let us know your next project if you start another! Have a blessed life!🩵
We will miss you too! We have a very blessed life.
We might even get to help out a little. Who knows?
Oh wow, I wasn't expecting this news but I sure can understand your decision. It's been an interesting and entertaining journey following you! Maybe you'll bring us along on another project? It will be so interesting to get updates on Miss Mooreland upcoming. Thanks Frank and Carrie!
Thanks and also thanks for your positive comments every week.
We will miss you, but THANK YOU for what you have done!!
Thanks for making our journey a little more enjoyable by your comments.
However, I’m thankful that you will come back occasionally to give us updates. Im so invested in this house! LOL
May God bless you both in what ever you do in your lives and if you ever decide to have another channel let us know!! You have given me hope that there are wonderful people still out among us!!
Thanks for the wonderful comment! We will definitely keep everyone updated.
It's like Moses heading to the promised land, but it didn't take 40 years.😊
Well, it probably would have taken 40 years if it remained just the two of us working on it. =)
I’m so sad but I understand. I hope you guys will maybe take on a smaller project and take us with you. I’m looking forward to seeing the progress of the new owners.
We are excited to see stuff start happening a lot more quickly.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday chats with you. We are going to miss the hundred or so people that always made a comment every week.
We are going to miss you both so much, it's been an inspiration and joy to watch you saving that beautiful house but I'm sure you are doing what you think is best for you and the house.maybe you will find another project big or small and take us along with you.
We don't feel it is the best for us but we do believe it is best for the Mooreland House. We wanted to spend the next 10 years playing with it. =)
Wow what a surprise to hear that you sold but it’s great to hear that you will be able to keep us updated on the progress going forward. Wishing you both well. Will miss seeing you every Sunday for sure. Good luck to you and the new owners.
Thank you!
Oh no I can’t believe you’re selling! I love watching you guys! I am going to miss this house!
We will miss it too. It has become a major part of our lives.
Oh my gosh! Now, what am I gonna do on Sunday morning? I will miss y’all, and I’ll miss seeing Miss Moreland. Hopefully the new owner will give us something to follow and see how she grows. Take care and many blessings!❤😊
If he doesn't do anything, Kerry will give updates. We will for certain show her when she is complete. With tour!
Truly a bittersweet moment here. Will miss you two but I am very happy for you because this seems to be also fine for you. God bless you during this Lenten season.💕
We are very blessed. We feel it all works out like it is supposed to.
I'm grateful that the new owners are going to let you to continue to film the restoration.
They might even let us help a little. =)
Sad, no longer seeing you guys doing the renovations on this mansion..
I hope this person, the new owner, will continue to restore this house to its original condition..
It will be awesome...
We feel that it is time to pass the baton. We are excited to see the Mooreland House finished and will provide an update as things progress.
I'm really going to miss you guys, watching you turn Miss Mooreland into a beautiful lady again. Best Wishes to both of you. Kathy
Thanks Kathy! We will miss it as well. It has been a wonderful journey.
Im happy for Ms. Moreland sad for you, gong to miss y'all but hopefully we will see you soon on a new adventures 😊
Yes, we are certain that it was the best thing for the Mooreland House. We are going to miss our UA-cam family and always loved working on the house.
Wow. Miss Mooreland is so lucky you found her, loved her hard, and now someone else is going to be able to love her too. Thank you for taking all of us on this journey with you. You are both amazing. The work hasn’t been easy, I’m sure. I also hope you’re able to keep us updated as time permits. ❤
We will! It's been an amazing journey!

We will miss answering all the comments on Sunday and throughout the week. It really has been like a family to us.
We will be doing updates and we might even get to help out every once in a while.
Thanks to you both for bringing something wonderful to others. You've got a gift in making others interested in your daring - yet low key ways. Hopefully you'll find another candidate for a future show. I've also appreciated your vocal background music. Quite a talented family.
Thanks! It has been a wonderful journey.
God always knows best. Thanks for sharing the journey with us. If God leads to another project - big or small - do feel free to bring us along. Meanwhile enjoy a time of rest and restoration for you both.
Yes, God is in control.
Well, I am sadden and surprised to hear this news. I understand, though, and wish my favorite DIY couple the best. Will the new buyer start a UA-cam show? I look forward to updates. 😢❤😊
We don't know if he has any plans for UA-cam. Kerry will keep you updated though.
Thank you so much for what you have done - for Ms. Mooreland as well as for us viewers. I look forward to any updates you'll be sharing!
Thanks! We have really enjoyed sharing this journey with all of you.

From what we have heard, that is the plan. Mooreland House deserves it after what she has been through.
So excited to see future videos of this beautiful home!
We are excited to see it completed in two years. =)
Congrats, you two, and to the new owner. My first thought was, "Where's Kitten with all this going on?"

So glad that atleast we get updates!
Sure going to miss these Sunday visits though!!!!

Thanks! We will have to figure out how to spend our Sundays too. It was always filled with church services and answering comments.
We have enjoyed watching you two on this restoration. It sounds like you're leaving the place in good hands and while we're sorry that we'll miss the work on the tower and the stone walls, good luck and we're excited to hear about your next adventure...
We wouldn't have sold the Mooreland House to someone that we didn't trust to continue the restoration. It was a great journey while it lasted. =)
I teared up. Thank you for all the sharing!
You are so welcome! We enjoyed every minute of it.

Thanks and we have truly enjoyed your wonderful comments.
I have enjoyed watching the videos, but sounds like the Moreland house will be in good hands. I hope when you start your next project you continue to post videos.
We wouldn't have sold the Mooreland House to someone that wasn't interested in saving her. We know it will be in good hands.
Thank you Frank & Carrie for a wonderful journey! Youll be missed and look forward to any and all updates goung forward.❤
On to the next project??? 😉
You're welcome. We have enjoyed the journey more thanks to people like you. We will now go back to working on our 1905 Victorian.
We haven't decided yet. @@bev-bt9lb
I'm going to miss you both, but AMAZING news! I hope we at least get an update in the future!
We do plan on doing updates.
Yes, answering comments was a big part of our Sunday routine as well. We will miss it.
It's gonna be a tough day answering the comments.
End of an era! Glad that you saved Miss Moreland and secured her future but will miss watching her progress. What will happen to Kitten?
Unfortunately, Kitten passed away at the end of last year. She was the best stray cat we ever met. She is now a permanent part of the Mooreland House property where she loved spending time.
@moorelandhouse
So sorry to hear. That must have been heartbreaking. But at least she had a good life with you guys. And she won't be a burden for the new owners.
It was very heartbreaking. Frank says that she had the best personality of any cat he has ever met.
