She was formerly Christine Holmes who used to work on Crackerjack, then she did 'Who do you do' as a singing impressionist - then was lead singer with "The Family Dog" then she co-wrote 'Devil Woman' for Cliff Richard. I worked with Kristine back in 1979 in Finland. Nice lady. The last I heard she was running a vocal school in the Lake District, where she made the tabloids, being described as a bit of a tyrant, which I found odd, as she was lovely.
@woochoob You're welcome! Yes, it is pretty cool. I remember her telling me that she also wrote the b side to a 'novelty record' -"No Charge" by JJ Barrie. The single went to number one, and of course the b side earned the same royalties as the a, so she was pretty happy with that, I think!
