One thing they should have addressed is that, there are real cases of people having allergic reactions to the vaccine, cases my be few but those are not rumours.. Side effects can be severe sometimes.

Their is no point you should worry so much for any of those side effects such as allergic etc. After the vaccination you'll be asked to stay for 30 minutes for observation. Incase if anything happens during that period, you'll be given an Anapylasis Kit or AEFI kit which would stop any reactions you get.

I too took vaccine last day and nothing side effects occurred to me but for some people few side effects may show which it vary to person to person I.e light fever, chill, body ache , but nothing to worry everything will be back to normal after some days. The real issue about vaccines are it needs to be tested prior before legalizing it for the general public which in actual period takes more than 6 or more months. India just released the vaccine without the right consent of actual period of time, which could have high potential risks in the future.
