- Pinnacle Skills is a skill development training institute established in 2012. It is an approved training partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India. It has training centres at many districts of Nagaland.
Pinnacle Skills offers short term courses like Hospitality, Information Technology, Beauty & wellness, Healthcare, Construction (electrician, mason, carpentry etc.), Apparel (Tailoring), Agriculture and many other courses. Many of these courses are job placement linked. It also offers entrepreneurship development programs (EDP).
Pinnacle Skills has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Many of the courses are sponsored by the government. Students from any part of the state can come and learn for free.

My brother is working in Gujarat for 6 years he is the one supporting me to pursue my theological studies moreover he adjust and manage to build a house for us and, he send half of his salary every month to my mother. I always thank God for having him as my brother.
This video is really important especially for those who are working outside and earning around 20k to 30k but still spends half amount on partying and useless things instead of sending some amount to their parents.

Just today me and my colleagues were discussing about this trainings and working in the outside cities in my office . There are lots of youths in nagaland who couldn't study well. These are their only opportunities so instead of wasting parents money, take the trainings and earn your own living. Hope, this video inspire those youths.

My parents is Reluctant to send me out of state to work, as there are lot of people who instead ask money from their parents besides working in a city.. they think that i will also do the same,, whereas i want to build my innovation ideas from outside world and bring them in my own state... The best inspiration that I found in DU is that, no matter where they live in, whatever conditions the houses are, whether it's pucca house or katcha house, they feel comfortable in it. I am imagining that seeing the houses in videos, people who live in katcha houses will not feel discouraged but will appreciate and thank God for the house they live in.
