Two questions, perhaps for future episodes: What's your thinking about plasticity in snake intelligence? As in, if shutting down neural functions that aren't necessary is analogous to ramping down metabolism when not digesting, is it possible to ramp brain function back up by providing a more stimulating environment? Second question: it sounds like you're trying to provide enrichment/stimulation in racks--what does that look like? Thanks for taking the time to produce this, looking forward to more!
