TIL that despite not wanting to see anything until I need it, I Do rather enjoy the look of certain boxes like cereal. It reminds me of the joy I get looking at my bookshelves. Thank you for that, Ms Candance.
I love the idea of going through the pantry monthly. Even just zipping through to check what's expiring soon so you can meal plan around those items and make sure your shopping list is complete is awesome. I hate going to the store, spending the budget, then realizing you have to go back a day later because something is expired or you thought you had it. And your budget is about gone! And you're wasting time and energy going back to the store again and again! Ugh!
I have a holder for all of my cans 4 of the same the bigger can fit 3 across, smaller are 4 across and 6-7 cans in each row it all looks and feels so much better, it’s been painted, wood has been stained and water polyurethaned, and trim put in along the bottom, the littlest thing make the biggest difference
It's nice that I've filmed all the pantries I've lived with the last several years so I have different examples of making the space you have work for you!!! The pantry I have now I stood in front of and said, "this is my current pantry". Maybe you missed it! But its VERY small compared to my first pantry!
I hate how deep pantry shelves are! Why do they all seem to be that way? 🤣 Such a waste of space. I love being able to see everything I have in a glance. I just re-organized my cabinet pantry and moved most items to open shelving in the hall closet that aren't as deep. Even though they're further from the kitchen, I like it so much better! I just left breakfast and snacks in the kitchen pantry and put a few small appliances in there. And saved a space for ingredients for upcoming meals. So much better!
I cannot stand seeing my "clutter", so I add lables to know what's inside. I have seen some really cool clear organizers that you could use in place of baskets. These videos are much more about sharing tips and encouragement than organizing styles. BUT Clutter Bug goes into depth about organizing styles!! Shes AMAZING!! I know she's done videos about the pantry., too!!!
@fancythatwithcandice I appreciate all the styles. And I would love an aesthetically pleasing pantry like this one. I'm only speaking of myself. Sadly, labels would not prevent me from just tossing any old stuff in if I was frustrated with how it looked. Your content is beautiful and inspiring to tons of people.
I am geeking out because the pantry you have now is the size of my pantry and I do not know why I didn’t think of using bins to use the vertical space. Yay!
There’s nothing wrong with extra space; your house needs to be able to “breathe” so to speak. It looks like she has decluttered enough to where there is extra space, and that allows room for more items to go in there after a grocery trip.

My pantry is too small to store anything other than food! 😂
I love the pantry! But I would put the toaster in a small basket just to keep the crumbs off the floor. 😊
I love that you stress there is a right and a wrong way to declutter…brilliant! 💜
I would put the appliances on the shelf, to get the floor cleared out
😊❤😊 I took lots out of the living room blankets, decor, pillows, etc. so nice
Your pantry looks amazing.
Great tips.
In the UK we often don’t have enough space in kitchens for a pantry, so mainly put food in cupboards.
My sister in Ireland has never had a pantry. She uses cupboard and counter space to store food ❤️
Gotta give that bread to the birdies❤They will love it!And its so fun to watxh them and see what different birds you can draw in❤Jesus loves you😊
Bread is actually not good for their stomachs!
Yes, please don't give bread to birds!
Also why buy so much bread and then store it out of sight so it gets old. Looks like food waste to me :/
I think I'm weird. I like to see all the food with their own labels. I decant sometimes, too.
I don’t think that’s weird! Everyone has their own style and preference for organizing!
Stair step organizers are excellent for canned goods. You can see everything.
Beautiful!
I'm just finding you 2024 Declutter challenge and want to participate alongside. Can you create a playlist for these videos so it's easier to find?
I would love to have a pantry! Yours is big & looks nice.
Shelf risers could be put under basket or use a stairstep riser to hold canned goods.

I need to work in my garage but I don’t have a great space or system in place so I keep procrastinating!

I’m confused- which pantry is your current pantry? I feel like I saw 3 different pantries. 😂

Can you share the link for the bins that you used? Thank you.
They look like Target

It's looks lovely but you can't see what's in the baskets. That wouldn't work for me

my Pantry is 12 inxhes wide and 5 ft high very small
It looks beautiful, but I can't help thinking there's a lot of wasted space.
