Don't think there's a non-bottled-in-bond Rittenhouse.

I just did a quick search and I think that you're right!!
I didn't know that. And I thought there must be a non-bonded version because I had seen "Rittenhouse rye", "100 proof Rittenhouse rye" and "Rittenhouse Bonded Rye" in various printed recipes. I assumed that there must be different versions but it looks like they are all the same.
