Your love of Pemberton & Shearsmith's work and the amount of time you spent on this is very apparent. A really well-made and interesting video on a brilliant episode! I didn't see it live and despite watching later already knowing it would 'go wrong', I found it (and still find it) very scary! Who knew empty TV studio sets could be that terrifying.
I've loved Pemberton and Shearsmith and Gatiss' work since I was a young child, as I actually live in the real Royston Vasey. It's a small town called Hadfield and it's where the League of Gentlemen was mostly filmed. They're one of my main inspirations in my pursuit of filmmaking at university since last year
Thanks for including me! I love all the little clips you used.😂 This episode is one of my favourites, anyone who remembers Ghostwatch was anticipating a hoax live episode. As soon as the sound cut out my husband snd I started rubbing our hands with glee!
FANTASTIC WORK!!! I heard about this episode a while ago and thought it was incredibly unique and thought-provoking. Thanks for having me be a part of the video : )
A pleasant surprise to be invited to be a part of this! It's great to see how you've grown as a channel the last couple of years 😁 I feel like television doesn't fuck with its viewers enough anymore...
I LOVED the execution of it, the sightings of the spectres are truly unnerving, how it feels so authentic and the way the show descended into chaos. It makes me want to make one. Excellent video and great narration :)
I can't believe that I'm just coming across your videos now, they're so good and you speak so eloquently about how talented and great they are, you really capture it so well. 👍
I’m still so gutted, I started it live and genuinely thought they were having technical difficulties, when they said they were showing A Quiet Night In I went to my room because I felt so bad for Steve and Reece and team knowing how much work they would have put in to this for it not to work…a few minutes later my mum shouts ‘come back!’ and id missed the ghosts in the garden…ruined my own experience 😭
I do love the episode but honestly...Sardines was the most unsettling for me to the point I genuinely felt ill (it's a great episode, that's not a criticism, it's meant to get that kind of reaction) and since it's the first- I could cope with almost anything that followed- it didn't help that Timothy West read some audiobooks I listened to as a kid
So happy this was recommended to me. I had to Sub! 🎉 Bravo to your channel and content!!! I loved watching’Most Haunted!’ I also have fond memories of watching all the Granada TV shows!!! RIP Tony Wilson ❤
Fission Mailed, as I posted on twitter at the time this went out, when everyone else was turning over because they thought it was a dud. Fission Mailed.
@EnchantedEssays Ha! Yeah, I remember seeing a lot of folks saying how disappointed they were and that they were switching off, and desperately telling them to tune back in because they were 'doing a Ghostwatch'. So good live.
I felt so desolate for them when it went 'wrong' - switched over so I missed the Quiet Night In insert. Twitter sent me back to the live broadcast! Watching it on iPlayer, it's really striking how much time is given to the Arthur Lomax story as a build-up to the 'real' action.
The problem for me is I had to watch inside a mind's video on this show since i didnt know it existed before that video so the whole episode is ruined for me(even if i ended up watching it now, years after he made that vid) and its not like i could just erase the ep from my mind since its such a memorable occurance

This is awesome, TV Quality!
I wouldn't be surprised to switch on BBC2 and see such a feature. 👍
Aw thank you so much! ✌❤
i didn't even watch it live and it still scared me
Same here! Although I did watch it in the dark, which probably didn't help! Thanks for watching!
omg i didn't know they told the press that they saw ghosts at Granada studios. that's amazing. Great video btw, i really like your narration
Aw thank you so much!
Great work ❤ Well done 👏
Aw thank you so much! ❤️
I was lucky enough to watch this live, I was so excited the whole way through! This video is such a great analysis :D

Ooo you don't know about the bus episode then...
Not to be THAT guy, but I watched this live when it first broadcast, and at the first glitch, I undoubtedly knew they were pulling an Andy Kaufman
There's nothing wrong with being right! Thanks for watching!
I watched it on iPlayer, so I was really confused for a while and restarted it a few times lol
@@ennayanne I'd asked my family to record it as I live abroad, came back and had same reaction lol

Same here! Aw thank you so much!
Whenever I rewatch the episode a Quiet Night In, I always feel uneasy until the first 5 minutes are done thanks to Dead Line and that damn jumpscare 🤣
Yeah I don't think you ever quite get over it! Thanks for watching!
I can't believe that I'm just coming across your videos now, they're so good and you speak so eloquently about how talented and great they are, you really capture it so well. 👍
Oh thank you so much, Heather! This has really cheered me up today! ✌❤
Oh, no problem, thank you so much for saying that, that means so much, thank you. 🥺🩷

People’s Dead line analyses is how is how I found out about Number 9.
Oh really! That's certainly a good way to get into it. Thanks for watching!
@@EnchantedEssaysit was ur welcome
Hey! The Rutles!!
I remember that "documentary" well! 😄
Yes it's brilliant! I've reviewed it before. I must get round to reviewing the sequel at some point. Thanks for watching!
1:27 in and I’m already hooked. Great stuff
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed the rest of it!
Great stuff as usual, most have been crazy work doing a video this long. Congrats on 1000 subs 😮
Aw thank you so much!

Indeed! Thanks for watching!
9:30 sounds like a microwave
I've never heard a microwave scream! Thanks for watching!
@@EnchantedEssays Thanks!! 😁
I also watch Inside No. 9 and i was suprized it wasnt a technical difficulty, i was fucking scared tho when she screamed
@@GamingBusStudios Yeah it's intense!
Sounds like you're putting on a Midwest American accent at certain points? Lol
Oh really? That's just... my voice [well, except for the bits where other people read stuff out]. Thanks for watching!
