    Wow, I got so much useful information on this. One question I have, about systemic racism, as defined as an institution...how do we know it’s racist? This is an important point.

    So insightful! Even individuals who are aware of bias have difficulty changing it. We need to enact policies that help correct the bias whether individuals are aware or not.

    so peoples attitudes (prejudices) are more malleable and shapeable, when the system around them is highlighted, compared to them being blamed (individual-level fault vs system-level fault). and so changing the system (macro scale) will probbaly result in longer lasting changes in prejudice (micro scale) ? :D
