That looks really amazing. My partner and I’ll make it every year for anniversary on our first date she could not stop eating my pasta salad. Lol. I think she was nervous. I use the zesty Italian dressing on mine by Kraft. I’ve seen that seasoning before that you use on there but I haven’t tried it so I’m going to get it and try it with the dressing that you used and see if I like the difference I can’t use the pepper jack cheese in mine it’s too hot for me, but I absolutely love Jack cheese and mozzarella cheese in mine. I find when I use the haft, cherry or grape tomatoes. The pasta doesn’t last as long because those go bad quickly and I do not use the cucumbers but I do love olives in mine and I use broccoli that’s just washed and dried and not cooked and I chop it in smaller pieces and I do use red or yellow or orange bell pepper And I put light red kidney beans in mine. We absolutely love it and yours looks delicious too. Oh, and we add Italian seasoning and garlic powder, chopped red onion, and sometimes fresh garlic and sometimes a little balsamic vinegar or a pinch of sugar. Thanks.
Ok, I did a keto version of this, with steamed and chilled cauli florets in place of pasta, and I added salami and avocado. Otherwise, recipe was the same and it was AMAZEBALLS. I’ll use a bit less dressing next time, because cauli doesn’t absorb like pasta, but even so? AMAZEBALLS.

Delicious...I love pasta dishes like this especially in the summer. It's an all in one meal. I like cucumbers, green olives, tomatoes in mine then I add cheeses of my choice n different meat of my choice and peppers sometimes. Then I mix with Italian dressing, chill then serve. I love it!!!😁
Tobias you have such a positive spirit about you, keep up the great work!. Here is a tip for you - green peppers with 4 lobes on the bottom tend to be more sweeter and have more seeds. There is a myth of 3 lobes is male and 4 lobes are female when actually the flower on the plant has both male/female parts and the pepper is the fruit of the plant
It's actually not a myth ... The 3 , & 4 lobes do denote what sex the Pepper itself has become & there is a definite difference in the taste , sweetness & consistency of both peppers.... You see the One Pepper tastes better raw in Salad type dishes , but if used in a Cooked dish it doesn't hold up well , it tends to go all limp & loses it's shape & doesn't work out as well like in Stuffed Peppers & such ( it's one of the main reasons some amateur cooks complain about how these RED PEPPERS ruined their Stuffed Pepper Dish & that's why they'll only use Green Peppers for Stuffed Pepoers from now on , because the Red Peppers sort of Melted & lost their shape & lost their stuffing when all it was they chose the Wrong Red Pepper for the job ) I remember my Late wife ( who was a Restaurant Cook for most her life) wasn't paying close enuff attention when picking her peppers for her stuffed peppers & put some male & female both in the casserole dish & stuffed them ... She had bought a dozen of each some to cook , some for the salads , potato , egg , tossed etc ... She didn't think it was so funny at the time but she did laugh later at dinnertime when we had these sad sack looking collapsed towers of melted looking way too soft goo still trying to hold onto the stuffing while the other half of peppers were just beautiful ...Of course her being a professional cook we ate the melted ones First to hide the evidence , L.O.L....

If I can’t find shallots I use green onions! Also I add chunks of ham and Italian salami! Three meats grab my husbands attention quicker than one!
