    I’ve watched all your videos now and I mentioned to my husband that this Max guy MUST have cooked at a Michelin restaurant before because look at his plating and these techniques I’ve never seen any cooks on youtube use before. Then I read your description and ah ha- I was right 😂 Please make more videos I am learning so many new techniques, and please think about shortening your UA-cam name to “CulinaMax” so it is easier for the algorithm to find you.
    I bet you started this channel during lockdown, what a gift ❤

      Thank you very much for the compliments and tips! It's comments like these that really make it worthwhile! I'm working on a slightly different format, and we've got some new production equipment. We will have many more short videos on individual techniques and longer/more detailed for recipes.     Did you boil the shrimp first or is it eaten raw?

      You can eat shrimp raw if it's fresh/high quality and really clean, but in this recipe, I used a little lime juice which cooks the shrimp slightly and has a better texture in my opinion. So technically it's more of a ceviche in this case.

    This looks amazing what caviar do you use though?

      You can use any kind of fish roe you want, osetra caviar if the budget allows, to lumpfish, salmon, or trout roe. It adds a really nice texture to the dish!
