After many years of sailing the world theres always one big question that hasn't been asked between us and in this episode that question finally comes out and we're excited to share this personal part of our lives with you all. Not to mention we have some Swedish islands to explore on the family IF 26 sailboat. Practicing anchoring by hand for a change and tying up to some of these amazing rocky islands has us feeling like novices haha.
Our patrons are the ones that make this all possible and without them, we would not be where we are today. When you sign up you not only get access to all our videos weeks before the public you also have a direct line to us and we try and get to know all our patrons. Ask us a question, give us advice let us know what you want to see, we love to talk to our crew as much as we can.

About time, I'd say. I spent a year periodically checking your channel to see if you were "active" again and am beyond pleased to see this development! It's funny how invested one gets following a sailing channel that for one reason or another appeals to you! Congrats from a fellow Australian, well, Dutch-Australian New Zealander born and raised in Indonesia. I have three passports, it gets complicated. I even have Swedish relatives via a younger sister of my father's who married a Swede in Stockholm. In my late teens I spent summer holidays in Stockholm two years in a row. Having grown up in South East Asia, Stockholm looked like a different planet to me!
WOOOW safe to say you are a child of the entire planet leonaessens haha. Thanks for continuing to follow the adventures even after so long away haha.

I spent my entire life on the move, living in something like 40 different cities (and I include 3½ years in Japanese concentration camps as a toddler in this, yes, I am that old) and nine different countries. All my life I never seemed to want to be wherever I found myself at any given time. I always want to be "somewhere else." Anywhere else! Today, at 82, I am as restless as I ever was, I guess that's why I watch UA-cam sailing channels! Talk about living life vicariously...
