Question for you, what jets are you running? I have the PM 88, glixal 26mm carb, and a performance transmission kit. Seems sluggish since I put the exhaust on (last item done). Also smells like it’s running really rich. Smells like gas. Thoughts?
Man these videos have really helped me with the exact same scooter and I've got a question that I hope you can answer. I've developed a "rattling/grinding" noise that olnly appear sporadically when under load and at speed. Gear oil levels fine, engine oil same, belts, weights etc . . . good and I'm stumped. Any idea of what it can be or what I might have overlooked? I'm hoping your still monitoring this account.
Hey! Thanks for responding! Yes, the noise seems to be coming from the rear wheel of the bike, specifically the right side. As I mentioned I changed the gear oil and saw no flakes of metal, etc . . .
Id check your exhaust bolts, both at the cylinder head and where it hangs towards the rear, as well as your wheel bolts on the rear wheel. Does it happen only at a steady speed, under acceleration, both?
There is a link in the description, when you buy confirm with them that it is for a US spec Royal Alloy, I've heard they have a new hardware kit or something to address my run to the hardware store
8:41 My pm exhaust don’t slip on like this I think because it’s old now it’s expanded a little so it’s not a snug fit. Has this happened to anyone else? And are jubilee clips a good substitute?
I followed along with your instructions and successfully upgraded my GT150 exhaust to a PM88. Thank you!
Love the look. T Hanks for making a video of the install. I'm inspired to change out my factory exhaust now.

Is the noise coming from one specific area?

Both at accelation and steady speed. I thought it might be something in the fan as it's on the right side but I don't know how to check it.
Went looking for the exhaust on the PM site. Didn’t see the PM88, could you share the link to the exact exhaust you recommend for the US GT150?

How do you like it? I have my eye on the scorpion. It’s just pricey.
That Scorpion didn't do it for me visually or price wise! I love the PM88, it gives a nice sound and I think it just looks perfect on the RA
@@freewayRode did you jet it?
I’m thinking #115 and #38
Notice any difference?
Jetted at 115 and 38. Seems to like that but I haven't played around with much more than that yet.
Will be sharing a rejetting video soon
