That wind was brutal AF this week 🤣🤣🤣 had fun though.
Thanks Capt. CA!
I love that he started on kayak I’m totally addicted to fishing of my kayak it helped me stopped drinking & started a channel thanks c.a I love learning something about every time I wanna say
Informative video as always C.A. We appreciate what you do. As anglers we all have the desire to learn & get better.
Appreciate the compliments Chris!
Another great video C. a., I love to catch Snook.
Thanks again CA
Great video. As someone who fishes Tampa Bay, I always notice the lack of boat traffic/other anglers in your videos. I gotta get up to the nature coast haha
👍🏼
Don’t go this weekend it’s the first weekend of scallope season!
I truly miss snook fishin'. Especially at the beach with 6 lb test in Sarasota, but also at night around the bridges in Venice on bigger tackle. Venice jetty has awesome snook fishin' in the summer too. Good times.
I just moved to the VA Beach area and I'm learning to catch different fish and trying to catch some familiar ones too. But no snook 😢.
I’ll take a little wind, over here in south Texas I go out to check the mail and come back in the house 3” shorter! Been too hot!
Dang!
@@flatsclasscharters but seriously, we’ve been extremely hot over here
It's been really windy the down here in the Tampa/Bradenton/Sarasota area too. Wind knot city...
I feel your pain Brian
What knot are you running through the guides?
Can you recommend a snook / tarpon guide in Jupiter ? Thx
Captain William Brewer
What line to leader strength do you use in these areas? would a 15lb braid to 15lb fluoro be good enough? or would I have to bump up to a 30lb leader? I currently own a medium power shimano spheros 3000 combo and a shimano heavy rod w/ a bass pro 5000 reel. Very new to inshore fishing. Would appreciate any advice! (: (I'm within time frame to switch out the medium for a MH 4000 spheros over the medium; should I stick with the medium or is It too light? I live in the SE portion of FL)
Edit: I commented in beginning of video. You covered the need for stronger fluoro bc of the mangroves. Thanks for the video!
When you gonna start talking about the ZWG hooks???
Right after ICAST my friend
Always money advice
It's only 4-5 miles an hour, not bad. Capt
45mph
Here in Tampa Bay, 4-5 mph out of the west south west
