I’ve been flying this heli for about two months now and agree with all your comments except the inverted function. I think it’s a good way to learn basic inverted orientation outside a simulator, since it keeps basic auto level when inverted. It really is strange about not wanting to invert sometimes though.

Good job again Ali. Some questions. When using the alternate radio for the F09, will it still have the audio alarm at low battery? Also, what are the respective switches for each function of the helicopter, for example, what switch is for throttle cut (lock)? As well as others. Your review is spot on.

ps. having the ability to adjust the head speed would be very nice. It will give it a better look ( slower take off) and sound for scale flying. I really like that YUXIANG stepped up to the plate and are giving us a 200 SCALE HEL for a fair price point I!!

Hello and thank you for the video. I had the same issue. Helico stopped responding and did the shut off procedure but helico kept going … the blades and rotor are now exploded in pieces after just 20 seconds of maiden flight. Could you perhaps show us how to fix the entire upper part of the rotor and the blades please ?
sorry to hear that. that is a lot of work, you have to open up all helicopter, change main shaft, main rotor, rotor head, rotors everything and make sure to check and set pitches again. unfortunately i do not have such video
Agreed, they should provide the protocol to be used with MULTI protocol radiomaster or similar. With that cheapy radio, little discouraging to buy it.

"Trim" they explain in the manual as follows: the Button at the upper left of the "controller" is written "Trim Buttons" and explained page5, chapter3:" the default setting for the trim buttons is small.....

Or, page7: "Manual Motor Start/ Stop", Question: where is non-manual Motor Start/ Stop???
And: where is the "right-side trim button" for Mode-Change, described in page5, chapter1. ???

Collective pitch should enable stopping *as if* it hit a wall, no? I think it's sluggish because of the collective travels they have set for the stick throws. Argh, allowing us to bind our own transmitters would let us fix these issues, no? 🤍Open TX 🤍
I fly WLT Powerstar V977 in 6 Axis mode and the acceleration, top speed, and stopping power are relentless, even using included transmitter.
The scale AS350-XK K123 flies just as good and looks amazing! I am still saving for XK K124 because while Yuxiang F06 LOOKS awesome.. I know XK K124 will fly perfectly, and will bind with Radiomaster, openTX, whatever we already have, know, and love!

Very thank you for your info. After turning on the start, the helicopter goes to standard idling speed. After adding gas and collective, the helicopter uncontrollably goes into very high revolutions, in which the engine burns out. I have to turn it off in time so that the other engine doesn\\\'t burn out as well. I am very sad about the whole matter. Banggood buys 3 quality products?

Yu Xiang is now offering a replacement board for the F06 from another of their models. About $35USD. And it doesn't support the lighting.

i have the Eachine clone of this heli. on my second flight, when i start, the throttle and pitch go to full upwards and never reakt anymore to the controller, so i had a bad crash in a tree. At home, i check this with the same result. after start if i give a little pitch up, it go to full throttle and full pitch and i can never throttle down, only the kill button works to stop the rotor. 👎I think, there is an overheating of the ESC or the flight controller at my first flight. i`m very disapointed with that Quality of the product.
I have from banggood buy a eachine e120. Commes defekt. I give full pitch, and the helli makes nothing. 🤑🤬

sorry to hear that, yes this one yuxiang has really lost it. they just wanted to release something in a hurry and with cheap things paddled to people. guess its gonna bite back soon

Well done, sir. That rotten radio is why I crashed my F06 on maiden. Unlike real r/c helicopters, this drone must be started with sticks in lower opposite corners. They are supposed to self center. But after I released them, my right stubby mushroom-ish stick thing stayed stuck in the corner, resulting in instant crash on takeoff.
It is a beautiful model. But Yu Xiang needs to understand we want models that work with our existing radio. No one wants of needs a new radio for each model. And clearly they are not up to the challenge of making a decent budget radio. I'm not paying $100 for their "upgrade" TX. Do I get credit for the junk one I already bought?
I hope that Yu Xiang takes your thoughts with grace instead of punishing you for your honesty. It really is in their best interest. Opensource folks will reverse engineer the protocol anyway at some point, if they haven't already. The F06 would (will) be ever so cool on my Radiomaster.
So far, Yu Xiang's answer to all the negative feedback is to sell an S-FHSS board replacement from another model that kills all the lighting. I haven't asked if they'll take this lousy TX back in exchange for it.

absolutely agree with you buddy. sadly they are not thinking about what customers want. they are just thinking about paddling junk to people to make money and forget the rest.
To sum it up: if you survive the battery charge at home (fire) you could hurt your anyone in your flight area. Nice marketing arguments 😂
