RECIPE
Mug Cake, 2 servings
Ingredients:
6 tbsp oat flour
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 medjool date (chopped)
6 tbsp plant milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Steps:
1. Add all the dry ingredients to a mug, stir to combine
2. Now add rest of the ingredients, stir to combine
3. Put in your microwave on 900W for 2 minutes (1 minute if you’re doing 1 serving)
4. Enjoy!

I actually reeeeallly dislike peanut butter and made this on accident not realizing it was in it. And omg girl this is DELICIOUS. This is soo good. I bet it would taste even better as a full sized cake. I even feel like kinda healthy eating it lol. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I just tried this, it's SO GOOD. I didn't really measure properly though, sorry. And I added coconut oil because I love adding some fat to my cakey foods haha. Deliciouuuus 😎🙂👑

I wish I could show you what mine did. I'm glad I put it in a bigger mug when you mentioned that it was two servings because your mug was large. I also added some baking powder (oops)
