I worked in a Psychiatric facility many years ago. We were informed, from time to time, that a doctor would not be on sight for awhile. They would check in to a facility in the next state over, not to be known by anyone, to be treated for depression. We were aware that being around patients dealing with various mental illnesses and hearing day after day what they are experiencing negative could eventually affect our mental health, as well. Caring about people with mental health issues keeps doctors, nurses, and therapists continuing in their chosen professions. My heart goes out to this doctor you are helping Auri. You are a beacon of hope for so many.
This must be so eye-opening to so many people who don't believe in depression and mental illness. Everyone can get majorly depressed, even doctors, they're just people too.
It is not being lazy or undriven. It is just what it is. I think it makes people feel less vulnerable to believe that it couldn't happen to them because they aren't lazy or another bad thing. But it isn't true. It can happen to everyone
I'm a student nurse who feels so bad with depression, I often end up thinking "how can I help others, if I can't even help myself! I'm a failure!" etc. So hearing that others who also work in healthcare, including psychiatrists and can hold down a successful career, it is inspiring. I know things will not be 100% perfect, but that's part of being human. Life isn't always perfect, but that makes the good times even better. Thank you for all the wonderful cleanings and kindness you show people Auri. You're a huge beacon of light, not just for the people you clean for, but also for people around the world by showing such kindness
James, God bless you and remember Him and seek a path to walk with Him and He will be there. Read the poem Footprints in the Sand. It is true and I have seen one set in my life many times. God speed James, God speed!
You know that humans have limitations for how much physical and mental trauma that they can go through. You have to remember that you are human too and need the same care and love that your patients do. Make yourself a patient sometimes and give yourself some rest and gentleness. You can't light yourself on fire to keep others warm. And it always helps to have a confidant at work that you can talk to on break, as long as you listen to them in return when you have the mental capacity for it. And when you are in an emotional slump, remember that if you don't feel up to doing grand gestures, do something small instead. Anything worth doing is worth half doing! Don't want to exercise at the gym? Go for a walk around your block, yard, or apartment hallways. Don't want to do a full night hygiene routine? Splash some water on your face and brush your teeth. Don't want to make a sandwich? Just eat the ingredients separately - it has the same nutritional value.

I have had doctors make (small) mistakes, like a doctor was confused and ripped open a wound, which was painful. But she was nice and friendly and said sorry, so I did not mind. I was okay. If you are kind and gentle and nice and calming, things will be alright, if you know what I mean. I would rather have a doctor that takes longer with helping but that is nice and friendly, as opposed to someone who is quick, neat and organized, but makes me feel scared and upset during the whole situation.
Depression is doable. I was able to work with Major Depression and Anxiety until my other physical chronic illnesses and PTSD ended it. The most important thing is self-care. There will be difficult patients, family members and other nurses. Take care of yourself. Decompress after every shift. Go to therapy as needed. Your depression will worsen at times and you will have to let it run its course. Depression is very common in healthcare professionals. They just won't admit it unless you admit it first. Good luck! May all your IV starts be smooth.

I know a few people that are depressed and/or are considering or have tried. One or two are clearly troubled (silent, sad, stationary and looking very skinny and unhealthy) but all the others are (looking unhealthy and are) entertaining, outgoing, funny and loud. They entertain people, they are the centre of attention on parties, they tell jokes and clown around, bright clothes, brightcoloured hair and dance a lot. Whenever it goes well, at least. Sometimes you don't see them for a week or two and then, when they come back, they have been pulling at their hair so it is all broken, they stopped eating, they did not sleep and so on. And then they are crawling back up. I am in a similar situation, I do not pull my hair or something, but whenever I have bad moments, I have to get through again, and what I really hate is people commenting that I am loud or "trying to be the centre of attention" once I am trying to build up confidence again.

Girl you are exactly what I need right now.... My room had gotten so bad because I fell into depression and now it's so bad I just get overwhelmed trying to clean it.... I'm constantly getting sick from the mess and I want a better place for my cats to live in..
I battle this by telling myself “I’m going to do X number of tidying actions”. That could be… throw 5 things in the bin, put 10 items of clothes away, put 15 things in the dishwasher, do 20 actions as I see them in front of my eyes. Even if it’s only 5, it’s better than nothing. Then sometimes I’ll do 5, then have the motivation to do up to 30 things! Please try it and let me know if it helped you 😊
When my grandma was still alive and hoarding, i would pretend to be thrilled to take home things from her house. She felt better giving cans, clothes, and other goods to us rather than the trash. Things were often expired or tattered. I felt awesome when I could throw away at least something from her place. Im a clean freak, thanks grandma.
I do the same thing with a relative who is a hoarder. I've told the whole family that the rule is if he asks if you could use a (random thing he has), you always say yes and take it with you right away. You can toss it as soon as you get home but take any opportunity to get something out of his piles.
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable source here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, dr.porassss. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
The fresh clean smell of the house the moment the dr comes in. It can instantly remove all the stress from the body. ✨ Cleaning is my therapy. I love a clean home and an organize space. At least one part of my life is organized. 😅😂
Mine too. I have been helping my mom clean the house since I was seven years old. I have been blessed with a knack for organizing everything. I cannot sleep in a messy house. Gardening is also great therapy when you have worries on your mind.🙏💕
You have no odea how much your videos have helped me a few years ago. I used to live like that. Now it gets messy but everytime I notice it I clean it up. I'm still working on it but it's gotten so much better. And I'm taking care of my mental health. I'm watching this video now because I need some encouragement. Thank you Aurikaterina!!!! THANK YOU!!!
When I clean my microwave, I often put a slice of lemon (or just the peel) in a cup of water, and then boil it. I'm not sure if it does a better job cleaning it or not, but it smells great! :) I also run leftover lemon peels through my garbage disposal to help keep it smelling nice.
What an incredible transformation, hopefully he can now move on with his life. This help from you Aurikatriina will jump start his new life & help him learn from the experience. Aurikatriina as always you've done it again !! 👑
Auri, you are a superhero! I do think one thing to include would be that psychiatrists actually are at hugely increased risk of depression because of their work. If you think about the kind of second hand trauma they're dealing with... they see it all. So even if it seemed like his life wasn't so hard, there is SO MUCH that goes on for them that legally they can't even tell us
You’re such a therapeutic person i have severe OCD and addiction to cleaning and watching your videos made me realize how beautiful each person’s secret life is God bless you
Great job again Auri, enjoyed this video very much. I have been in a depressed funk for over a week over a dispute with my adult son. I should be happy as my knee replacement is finally doing very well after 11 weeks. But I am so sad about things my son said to me. I am questioning myself as a mom, something I always thought I was good at. When I am sad I eat junk and I don’t clean. My granddaughter who is 2 1/2 is coming to spend 5 days with me can’t be in this messy, dirty house. So I got up at 5am and cleaned until 9am, took a nap and did my knee exercises twice. I still have to wash floors but that goes by quick. Thank you for all your inspiration Auri.
My house is very messy, it reflect the state of my mind ☹️ Watching this video makes me feel good that there are lovely people like you will to help people when they are in that horrible anxiety or depression hole.
Immaculate! I love what you said about transforming the space. I am sure the doctor was so happy and relieved. And by helping him, you help his patients also.
Just as a reminder don’t use hot water and chlorine without a mask. 2:15 The combination is really toxic for your lungs, airways and eyes. But keep up the great work! ❤
She said "Use chlorine, or a dishwasher tablet with hot water". She used a dishwasher tablet with hot water on the left side, and chlorine on the right side. Not together and not to use hot water with chlorine. She showed how both methods work to get the zink clean. You should NEVER mix chlorine with anything!
Thank you for donating your time to a health professional in need, most people think we are made of titanium, but we all got problems and strugles to deal. Health professionals take care of others, so it's really nice to see someone taking care of them as well ☺️

I finally see another gal that enjoys cleaning as much as I do!! Thanks for your uplifting and awesome videos. I learn so much when I watch them. God bless!!
I've found the cling film trick to be a good one - it's helped me get rid of burnt on crusty bits of food from pans, slow cookers, etc, which I couldn't get clean otherwise.
Before the cling film I thought "that looks practically done" but when you went back to it I was shocked how much had still been there. That's so incredible! It was like night and day.
Such a beautiful story to go with this beautiful cleaning! I'm sure he will remember you for the rest of his life! Much love to you, and the impact you made on this person's life! Hearing this story, and watching you clean helped me feel ready to get to cleaning my own home! Thank you Auri ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not only are you helping people who live in the homes you clean, but you also help so many others get the motivation to clean their space too. I put your videos on and clean along with you, and if it feels overwhelming it feels reassuring to see you tackle much bigger messes like a champ! If Auri can do that, I'm sure I'll be able to lol
These apartments are so nice, the kitchen small but efficient. A backsplash should be mandatory for every kitchen, everywhere. Same with the drain in the bathroom floor. Very good ideas.
Thank you Aurikatariina, sometimes all you need to get started on cleaning your home is to be shown how to do it properly and efficiently with the correct products. You are an inspiration to me.
Sweetheart, you are such a God given blessing for people, I just want to personally thank you for all that you do . I watch your videos all the time and I'm just so proud of you for your caring and loving heart .we need alot of love in this world right now and you are changing people's lives and giving them hope that there is love and caring people still out there . May God bless you and your sponsors.
You are truly amazing at what you do. And the best part about it is that your caring heart shines while you are cleaning. This is a gift and you do change many people's lives. Your act of kindness does not go un noticed. Keep doing what you do best.
It can be so, so hard working in healthcare. I work in optometry, far from the most stressful area. But...telling people their vision will not come back, that their condition has no treatment, or the emergencies where I've found strokes and kidney failure? It does get hard. And at least in America, we're not treated very well.
Of course scrub mummy has a softer side! It's an analogy for us mommies! We know how to educate and if needed we know to be tough. But we always have a softer loving side- we know to contain and listen to our kids!
Auri you are too funny when you talk about homes being the dirtier the better. You really do love your job because you never complain about the messes, bugs and rarely mention the bad smells. You really are one of a kind and a gift to the world.🙏✌💖🎁🌎
I love watching these videos. They are so relaxing. Regarding bedding- wash new bedsheets, duvet covers, pillow cases before use. Most textiles contain toxic chemicals from the dyes and finishes, especially the easy care type. You don’t want to be breathing them in or absorbing them through your skin during your sleep. I used to work in a textile testing house many years ago and it’s a known fact that certain finishes used on fabrics are carcinogenic. I always wash all new bedding, towels and underwear before I use them. xx
I feel so bad for people working in the mental health field. They went into it to help people, showing they have a lot of empathy. But imagine empathizing with people who have serious issues every day. It must take such a toll on their own mental health. 😢
I can truly understand how depression can affect people and I admire how you help people by cleaning peoples houses and giving them a brand new start! Keep on doing what you love and our compassionate an out! Before I forget, can you give me the link where you get your pink cleaning gloves? Thank you❤
These videos are SO satisfying! I love being subscribed to your channel….you put things in order so well, and I love your stories! Thanks for being a bright spot in a dirty world! 😎
You are a very kind cleaner as well as the best cleaner. The way you empathise with the house owners and tell their stories instead of judging is great. Its probably a big step for a lot of people to ask you for help, if you were that type of person who judges everbody they might not have asked you to help.
Love your videos but i suffer when you put clean sheets on top of those dirty mattresses...i hope you get sponsors who will give you new mattresses or at least products to disinfect them🌸that will be fantastic 😍 byebye dear!
Thank you for helping this Doctor. The job is rough, on top of whatever life throws at someone. A medical specialist I had just vanished after a divorce, and I haven't been able to find out what happened to him. I hope he's safe, or that someone's being as kind to him as this.
This is so a circle moment where you help him so that he can continue helping others ❤ I just hope the first one to be taken care of is himself forward ❤ I have so much empathy for what these health workers do, I get overwhelmed with just my own story of trauma, can’t imagine what pictures they have inside 😢❤ Love how joyfully you are in these (despite the heavy stories), it’s like you just remove any shame and guilt for conditions like these and make them “normal”. I think they are much more normal than we think.. Also - did you say you got the message from the doctor after the cleaning a year ago? Wow, that’s a lot of more videos coming I would hope ❤

This is actually a great idea 😂❤
Thanks for sharing 😊
What a good idea!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone reading this
Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.
Is he on instagram?
Yes he is dr.porassss.
I wish I was also organized
Psychology is definitely a field of medicine where “physician heal thyself” applies A LOT! Glad he’s able to get a fresh start!
Thank you for being nice and helpful Auri, you are such a hero,
I hope a happy life for the doctor he deserves it .❤
Life changer should be your middle name. You absolutely change lives for all of those you touched.
How about the middle name Earth Angel? It really fits her.
@@anntunaley9974 agreed 👍 🙌

What an incredible transformation, hopefully he can now move on with his life. This help from you Aurikatriina will jump start his new life & help him learn from the experience. Aurikatriina as always you've done it again !! 👑
Auri, you are a superhero! I do think one thing to include would be that psychiatrists actually are at hugely increased risk of depression because of their work. If you think about the kind of second hand trauma they're dealing with... they see it all. So even if it seemed like his life wasn't so hard, there is SO MUCH that goes on for them that legally they can't even tell us
I'm so glad you're doing what you love while helping people! It's truly amazing!!
You’re such a therapeutic person i have severe OCD and addiction to cleaning and watching your videos made me realize how beautiful each person’s secret life is
God bless you
Great job again Auri, enjoyed this video very much. Thank you for all your inspiration Auri.
i just wanted to say well done!! it's awesome that you cleaned so your granddaughter can stay over :) i hope your knee is ok
@@Moocow2003 Thank you, she is great motivation.😘
I love watching you clean Auri! So calming to me! Getting rid of all the trashes!
Аури, привет! Я очень рада слышать твой радостный голос. В старых видео казалось, что ты немного грустная. Надеюсь, у тебя всё хорошо! ❤
My house is very messy, it reflect the state of my mind ☹️
Watching this video makes me feel good that there are lovely people like you will to help people when they are in that horrible anxiety or depression hole.
You have a beautiful motorcycle!
Immaculate! I love what you said about transforming the space. I am sure the doctor was so happy and relieved. And by helping him, you help his patients also.
Wonderful story...fabulous clean up Auri!! Thank you for transforming lives!!
Health professionals take care of others, so it's really nice to see someone taking care of them as well ☺️
You are an angel ! All your videos make me have hope that there’s people like you and that we can all learn from you. Your demeanor is made even more amazing that you use to really struggle with mental health too, like many of those whom you help. I love how you say “trashes” so much!
Excellent job as usual my dear. I hope this gentleman understands that this is not his fault. Blame and guilt only make matters worse. He has done nothing wrong. I wish him every happiness and a bright future. Thanks so much for sharing this cleaning with us.❤
You are the reason why i find the strength to clean in my apartment once every two weeks even tho its really hard due to my mental health. I bought a scrub daddy just cause of you. You making cleaning much more easier with all the things you use. I use those things too so yea...thank you
Lucky guy, his life is turned for good now, I hope he has a better future 🤗
Me too! ❤
@@Aurikatariina 🤩
0:16 "He had lost almost everything but his hope" ✨ That's a good reflection, & a positive message! Nice to hear! 😌🌟
How do u do it?
Auri… PLEASE USE GLOVES!! You have pores on your hands! Please take care of yourself. ❤
Blessings to you and for all the hard and amazing work you do 💞❤️💪😊 ✨
Thanks for helping the doctor. You did an amazing job as always!
You are a great human Auri! Keep on going that way! Greetings from Hungary♥️
An amazing transformation. Now he'll have a fresh start.
A great job as always! I hope the doctor can now look forward to a happier future.
Amazing auri
Keep up the good work and God bless you
Thank you❤
Before the cling film I thought "that looks practically done" but when you went back to it I was shocked how much had still been there. That's so incredible! It was like night and day.
Hope the dr. Feels better and inspire to keep he's house clean and declutter!😊
С большим нетерпением жду ваши видео. Вы большая молодец,помогаете людям. И никого не осуждаете. Спасибо
Depression is a weight...u helped lift some of its load. God bless u!!!! ❤🙏😇 Wishing u and he 🕊️ peace!!!!
I said it before I'll say it again and again and again YOU ARE AMAZING!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO ❤️
Your English pronunciation improves all the time, Auri!!!
Truly truly TRULY! ;)
You really are one of a kind and a gift to the world.🙏✌💖🎁🌎
Looks amazing. You are a very good person Auri.
I always wash all new bedding, towels and underwear before I use them. xx
Just love listening to your happy words while you clean. This is a really good episode and so wonderful that you helped the doctor.
I feel so bad for people working in the mental health field. They went into it to help people, showing they have a lot of empathy. But imagine empathizing with people who have serious issues every day. It must take such a toll on their own mental health. 😢
A therapist I knew called clutter "old energy". I think that really captures something.
hi auri
you are not cleaning homes
you are literally saving lives ❤
more power to you ❤
I can truly understand how depression can affect people and I admire how you help people by cleaning peoples houses and giving them a brand new start! Keep on doing what you love and our compassionate an out! Before I forget, can you give me the link where you get your pink cleaning gloves? Thank you❤
That is true...things to make you feel.good at the moment, makes you feel bad over time
These videos are SO satisfying! I love being subscribed to your channel….you put things in order so well, and I love your stories! Thanks for being a bright spot in a dirty world! 😎
I love how non -judgemental and kind you are, I'm sure it changes lives ❤
You are such a blessing to the people you help.
Great clean and great story!
Beautiful job Auri!!
You are a very kind cleaner as well as the best cleaner. The way you empathise with the house owners and tell their stories instead of judging is great. Its probably a big step for a lot of people to ask you for help, if you were that type of person who judges everbody they might not have asked you to help.
Beautiful transformation
Love your videos but i suffer when you put clean sheets on top of those dirty mattresses...i hope you get sponsors who will give you new mattresses or at least products to disinfect them🌸that will be fantastic 😍 byebye dear!
Me too! It is SO DISGUSTING😮
You are such an angel 😇
Another amazing cleaning ✨🫧🤩 Auri You are the best 😎
Beautiful transformation by a beautiful human being ❤
Wow! This woman is amazing!
Thank you for helping this Doctor. The job is rough, on top of whatever life throws at someone. A medical specialist I had just vanished after a divorce, and I haven't been able to find out what happened to him. I hope he's safe, or that someone's being as kind to him as this.
This is so a circle moment where you help him so that he can continue helping others ❤ I just hope the first one to be taken care of is himself forward ❤ I have so much empathy for what these health workers do, I get overwhelmed with just my own story of trauma, can’t imagine what pictures they have inside 😢❤
Love how joyfully you are in these (despite the heavy stories), it’s like you just remove any shame and guilt for conditions like these and make them “normal”. I think they are much more normal than we think..
Also - did you say you got the message from the doctor after the cleaning a year ago? Wow, that’s a lot of more videos coming I would hope ❤
Auri, what a gift you are! I have been so encouraged by your stories and watching your cleaning methods. Thank you for sharing your journeys in helping so many people. :)
I tried the plastic film thecnique on my borther's oven; it worked so easily! thank you for this !
You're amazing Auri take care of yourself 🎉❤
What an amazing transformation.
I do miss him indoors and your brother not helping you. ❤
Love her saying ‘trashes’ instead of ‘trash’ YOU GO GURL XXX
