It’s probably heat siezed mate had a similar issue with mine where the rings where unable to come off but mine was running a 70 kit and hadn’t been ridden in properly by the previous owner
i have same bike stock with 3.400kms , im not gonna touch anything all original and in perfect condicions

I'm not sure what caused damage as bought the bike like this but probably the carb wasn't uprated to match the aftermarket top end
