hi maam, if you will use a 3/4 measuring cup 17:1 (milk:sugar) or 1 liter of milk is to 150 grams of granulated sugar. and if you wanted a smooth feel of sugar in your pastillas have to dissolve sugar before boiling and if you wanted rough feel of sugar on your pastillas apply granulated sugar when milk thickens or after cooking roll your pastillas on granulated sugar. thanks

low fire lang po then stir until matuyo ang gatas. take note wag nyo po lalagyan ng asukal sa process ng pagluluto
