I sure do think you are ready for winter ..you have everything all buttoned up and braced for your first ,official , full winter on Cape Breton. Another great video. You two have accomplished so much in such a short time. We love Cheticamp and have camped there many times. Happy birthday to your daughter. She has picked the best birthday dinner ever, as a matter of fact, we’ve been known to go for a drive to Cheticamp just for that chicken. Bob and Shelley. 🎉
It looks to me like you were well prepared for winter. Have you made it through so far without any problems? (I guess if I just keep watching your videos you will probably answer that question for me. Ha!) We were wishing we had skirted our trailer this winter. We had -7° F for a few days in January (-21 1/2° C) and despite my husband's valiant efforts at prepping all the hoses and faucets with heat cable and insulation we still had a frozen pipe somewhere in the trailer. It was after living without running water for 4 days that he brought up the idea of building the tiny house. We're both getting really excited about that. He's taking a trip down to Oregon soon to consult with our welder son about building the frame. Things are starting to feel real on that front. I can't wait for spring to get here!
I will be so honest in saying: the RV skirt was absolutely necessary !! The bonus so far is that we have not required any extra heat underneath. The RV is very warm and comfortable and not even cold on our feet. Without the skirt it would've been a nightmare I think.
@@boringbethoney I completely understand now me and my fiance of 25 years have never gotten married by man's law That's the longest engagement in history lol. But in our hearts with God in our hearts we have been married for over 25 years. now me and her are almost 60 to us we've been married for over 25 years without the piece of paper. Love the video.
