Also, the Sweet & Condensed Milk. What made the difference for me are the garlic power and onion power. It took it to a hold new level! I do have two questions. What are the name of the pan you use to melt your different cheese in? Also, what is the depth of that pan? I watch you all the time! Thank you for your beautiful prayers & your lovely personality. Thanks Gina Young for all your recipes. I made my first large meal from your videos. My family normally go to my Sister's, Aunt or Mom's house, but because of Covid we're home for the holidays. I normally take the drinks, or paper goods, because I really don't like cooking, or shopping. Thanks to you, I made Thanksgiving dinner, and my family enjoyed it. They are still eating.
Gina you know what else one they can do if they don't want to season it in fear of over/under seasoning the sauce they can boil the pasta in unsalted chicken/vegetable broth. You will taste great flavors throughout the dish just from the pasta. If you don't have any broth chicken bouillon seasoning in your water will work too.

Good grief, thats an AMAZING blend of cheeses😳😊. The addition of the evaporated condensed milk I have never seen before, but its brilliant!! I always used 1/2 and 1/2, which is OK, but I will try this👍. Thanks again Gina, you are such an inspiring teacher.
I use 1/2 & 1/2 too because it provides the creamy texture only whipping cream can give.

I'm horrible with rouxs and anything that involves flour. Heavy cream is an great alternative in cheese sauces. Ms.Gina this recipe is the BOMB!
Yes natural cheese melts better because there’s no wax on it. all that bag cheese that’s pre-shredded has wax on it to keep it from sticking together. There is a huge difference in the taste and the texture and the melting process of those two different cheeses. I have no problem shredding cheese by hand.

Hi Gina! My family is a lot smaller that yours. Do you have a cheese to macaroni ratio that will help me cook while on a budget? I usually cook 1 lb of Mac at a time. How much cheese should I figure on adding (total) including velveta.
Did you try this? I don’t need to make this much macaroni for 2 people. LOL! I normally use a 1 pound box too. Did you get the right measurements?

There's another guy I watch he made this recipe about a year ago maybe six months using the Eagle brand, he only used a couple of tablespoons of the Eagle brand. I like the cream cheese but I don't think I would put the mozzarella in the mac and cheese it tends to dry the macaroni out. But overall it's a pretty good recipe
