A-10 into Montreal via New Champlain Bridge

- The new Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge between Montreal and the South Shore of the St. Lawrence River was opened on June 24 (north-/westbound) resp. July 01 (south-/eastbound) 2019. About one month later I was able to film this masterpiece of engineering. Sit back and enjoy.

The roadworks after the bridge are related to the Turcot Interchange project.

it's not called the Champlain bridge. It's called the "Samuel de Champlain Bridge".

For the record: the full name of the bridge (Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge) is mentioned at 0:39. Would have been just too long for the title.
The New San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge is wider and longer.

The new Samuel de Champlain Bridge is the widest asymmetric cable-stayed bridge in the world that uses two planes of cables. The New SF Bay Bridge is a self-anchored suspension bridge, two completely different bridge constructions, you're comparing apples and oranges..
