Not true. The only thing here that is giving heart attack is the seed oils it is fried in. The bun is making your gut inflamed. The meat and cheese is the most nutrient dense food available and humans have been thriving on meat, especially red meat, for millions of years. In fact, red meat is what enlargened our brains from 400cc volume to like 1600cc. When agriculture came around like 10.000 years ago our femur bones started become smaller and weaker, our brains shrank from 1600cc to 1200cc. We started having crooked teeth out of nowhere.
