Tough. Tough work man!! I have been doing the Kyrie Irving, CJ McCollum and Kobe Bryant Midrange workouts and the Exclusive finishing workout. Man! I became more efficient using my handle going to my spots and attacking the rim after doing the workouts since mid spring time! These are truly some of the best work on UA-cam man. Great results I’m seeing. I even inspired some my peers to get right with these workouts and they seen results. Do you think you can do a Derrick Rose type of workout?

I enjoyed the SGA workout so much, I did it 3x/week for 5 months but my moves definitely became predictable to my weekly pickup group.

I would say stick to one until you feel comfortable and then lock in on a different one.
