I agree! And Mitch is actually endorsing Trump’s nomination. I just leaned that Trump actually gave a list of US top level agents to Putin in 2019, and in 2021 the CIA noted an unusually high number of agents being murdered and/or captured. Agent information was also found during the document search at Mar-a-Lago.

I will do everything I can to educate other voters about trump; he is unfit to serve the US as President EVER again.

Honestly, the fact that Trump was once the President of the United States baffles me. He was, and still is, the laughing stock of the world.

Michael Fanone is an excellent speaker in his responses to the Jan 6 insurrection. As much as I wish he and his colleagues hadn't been put in a life threatening situation, I'm thankful he was able to come through to become a strong representative to the public for law enforcement.
We MUST learn from and act from his (and others') experiences.
We would not be in this place today if Garland’s Justice Dept did not drag its feet in bringing a case soon after the insurrection.

"Without presidential immunity from criminal prosecution, there can be no presidency as we know it." If I recall, we've had 44 previous presidents who managed without immunity. The problem is, we've never had a criminal in office before 45!!!
It is ridicoulous to try to come up with a list of what is an official act and what isn‘t. The only differentiation necessary: what is legally covered and what is a criminal act. This has worked for over 230 years. It is crazy that the SC is even hearing this complete madness that is absolute immunity.

Lisa did not even answer Willie's question about the possibility of the SC kicking it back down to the trial court. She went right into a possible delay of the trial. It's already delayed, and there's nothing yet to indicate that it won't happen in a few months.
Can judge Chutkan simply begin writing up a summary of determined private/ public behaviors to get the ball rolling now to report back to the supremes or does she have to hold a series of hearings for those concerns?

I wish we would stop with the Kings or Popes analogy. What is important is that those holding the highest Office act in GOOD FAITH for the overall good of their country and its people. The meaning of this claim is difficult to gage because the former president's behavior falls far outside what people consider "as we know it" as referring to what "The Presidency" means in the light of Trump's actions.
