It’s a legal and judicial term to mean that some pieces of information, although they may be true, are not for parading in a trial when the case against the defendant is NOT about those “facts”. With that said, it was a joy to see Daniels finally say what she’s wanted to for years but in the safety of millions hearing about it, with a judge, a jury, and a legal system. It was HER day.

it would be the easiest assignment the secret service ever had, by far. their entire job is to guarantee his physical safety from attack. that's all. and donald would be physically safe by definition when locked up.
secret service goes to war zones with presidents. standing outside a secure, locked room would be a piece of cake. this is a non-issue.

Ive watched coverage by other MSNBC teams and other networks. Lawrence and his team bring topics to the table i didn't think about. The expansion of awareness/ nuanced analysis and good conclusions are appreciated. I worry we will lose this breadth of perspective in a closed authoritarian society the MAGA seems to advocate. I understand some of their frustrations. But Im not ready to throw out the baby or dog, or common sense decency based on facts to get what I want. We need to work together... this childish divisenessis not nothing we should support either on the left nor right.... we need to be better and bigger thant that asa society...
