I have never ski in my life. Although a good friend of mine does and he will be working in Vail this season on one of the lifts . Me? I think I will just sit in the bar and work on the ol toddy for the body. ✌😎 You make it look super easy and cool on the slopes . Thanks for sharing.
Great video, excellent slopes and beautiful skiing! What's not to love! Most videos make hills look flat, but here they all look steep even though the trail map says they're blues and greens (catwalk, northwoods). Maybe its just the perspective of the mountains! Looks great either way!
jkshaw81 1. I took the mountain top express lift, then skied the timberline catwalk to northwoods and northstar. 2. I took the northwoods express lift, then skied the slot (sun up bowl). 3. I took the sun up express lift, then skied across to the China bowl. I skipped one run because my camera died. Then took the orient express lift, and I skied poppy fields East, then poppy fields all the way down. 4. I took the tea cup express lift, then skied around without the camera for a bit. I stopped for a break in Henry’s hut and when I left the hut I skied a run called forever and wow in the sun down bowl, my favorite part of the mountain. Check out my sun down bowl video to see more of that! 5. I took the high moon express lift, then skied windows road, then rams horn, and the bottom part of the meadows and look ma. 6. I took the wildwood express lift, then skied showboat (game creek bowl). Hopefully this helps! Also if you want a long run check out my vail top to bottom where I ski the riva ridge!
Both are great mountains/villages but different. As far as epic ski mountains go, I like BC but there is only one Vail. Two Elk Lodge is another nice perk. It is a nice, but still casual restaurant located at 11,220 feet (Vail.) It's conveniently located so you can warm up before hitting China Bowl and Blue Sky Basin- both of which are epic areas. You could spend the entire day up there in just those two areas and never even come close to crossing your same tracks twice. Catch it on a powder day and to quote their tag line (because I have and it is very true), "Like No Place on Earth." Have fun- wear a helmet and ski safe.

@@4y-B Yep, it's hard with a family, Cousin is in the same boat, he can't afford to take them all.
Nice videos- brings back lots of great memories. Not the best conditions that day but looks like you still managed to have fun...and make a video!
epic.. if it took about 30 mins to ski down that far, how long is the lift ride back up?
Now that it’s the summer, all I want to do is ski
Tryna go next year around Feb. I can’t wait I’m so stoked
I’m going right after Christmas can’t wait it’s my first time
