Way to go......finally we are seeing houses that has a lots of glasses to ensure property views outdoors. The surroundings are so green and lush....No more personal prisons being built! Now ensure you use bright and neutral colours for the homes including the mouldings, walls, cabinetries and floors (light white or shades of white, cream, light greys, etc) instead of those brown, black, orranges etc....And lastly......a home is not complete without proper landscaping......so i cant wait to see the landscpe...Some Contractors offer this as apart of the completion of the homes.....start planting trees early, in anticipation of the completion of the home......Very good job young man and your team.....lots of thoughtfulness, knowledge, management ans vision.....well done ❤😊. Awesome job so far, this type of build is missing on UA-cam Jamaica builds. Keep them coming your channel will grow so fast with these modern build. It's only fitting JA should have a variety of modern homes just like south America

Z I really enjoy your content. I have to admit that it was difficult to watch that gentleman on the scaffolding, aka catwalk without a harness. Safety should be paramount. This is not a criticism and shouldn’t be viewed as such. Just an observation.
Definitely a great observation.....only because you care and want better. We've seen so many construction site injuries because of lack of proper protective gear ( hardboots, hard hats, googles, gloves, reflective vests, shirts and pants etc ) and structures. Good advise 👌
