A little background on the Boy$ the first guy is Ruby Da Cherry and the second guy is $crim ( they go by a whole lot of names /personas They Are Cousins from New Orleans Louisiana. They have there own independent record label Grey*59 Records ( G59 ) and have artists signed to there label that they collab with over the years. They’ve been in the rap game for almost 10 years now as a group Ruby was in punk pands before hand and scrim made and sold beats he also primarily makes the beats to there music using various samples from artists such as three 6 mafia and other Memphis artists and some obscure samples aswell.

The video is pretty simple but i think the message is just showing how they wake up exhausted like most people and struggle with every day problems but when they go outside they have to put on that drip which represents that mask of flexing being that rich is

It took me a few years to ACTUALLY WARM UP to these crazy MF geniuses! Now I'm about to see 'em perform live on the 12th. You gotta find that one song that just gets your vibe completely. Mine was Materialism as a Means to an End. I've liked them before hearing that masterpiece. However, when I bumped that song in my car, I felt as if I was a kid again that unraveled my favorite candy bar on the entire planet! 😂 Take your time... I'd suggest ONLY listening to their art firstly so that you don't get influenced by their eccentricity, visually speaking. Either way, you'll either hate 'em or LOVE 'EM 4 life! I'm glad I gave them a thorough and dilligent listen. Can't wait to see them perform live! The best thing to happen this year! $uicideboy$ are more like Saviors of our Souls when we can't find the right words to advocate for our deepest emotions. Music does that when it pierces through your soul firstly and lands in our minds lastly. ❤
