Recently my tab isn't working nor charging but when i powered it off it does charge but very slowly but when i on the tab it doesn't charge do you have a solution for it??
In that case there are two possibilities; one - charging port needs to be resoldered or changed, Two - it's likely the power management IC / charging IC needs to be changed. But begin with the obvious one; the charging port and then also changing the battery before going for the IC's
It turns out to be a battery problem. Sorry I wasn't able to record the final part of the video before I gave the client their tab. But I solve it by fixing the battery
@@SimonFasil oh did you begin be eliminating the battery (like testing with a new battery) usually they may weaken and become unable to deliver a constant power demand more at startup
I actually run out of storage before I could record the full video but basically what I did was: it turned out that the battery had the problem so I changed the battery management system, because I did not have a new battery to put in and it worked. I attempt that and give me feedback then I can guide you from there
Factory reset or do you mean flashing? If you meant flashing then that means you'll have to reflash it with the proper system firmware. However if it's not flashing then consider changing the battery it should help.
@@PhoneLookout when I start it up it says it had a unauthorized factory reset previously so I tried connecting to the WiFi like it said and the WiFi isn't reading to finish set it up
