It's not a problem, it's a command instruction that is designed to each phone by the manufacturer of that particular phone.

With time you realize that not each phone is the same. if he doesn't work for your model or brand, it works for this model so please search the internet for one that works for your particular model at least you have an idea that there are solutions... I do understand your frustration but be humble.

In brief if your phone is not a Tecno pop 2e. Then first find out the mode of your phone and then search for videos specific to your model of a phone! Android problems and solutions are not universal for all brands or models.

You will have to hard reset the phone and then go through the process in this video. however you will lose all your information that was on the phone.

Thanks for the heartfelt comment. I also believe these manufacturers deliberately poorly designed these devices to make it hard for anyone to repair them so that they can sell new devices or more devices.

Also if you were able (seeing that the old battery charges to 100%), you could transfer its battery circuit to the new battery cells (if you're able to do that without destroying.) However if the 81% percent is able to last you long while using the tablet, then it's alright you can also stick with it that way.

@@PhoneLookout Good idea if I knew how to do that, but I would void the warranty and the seller is sending me a replacement to try. If that one does not work either perhaps your idea might be an option. Your right though Samsung really made this a bastard of a back to get off compared to previous models. My Tab S back is a breeze to get off and still works and it's older still. I'm running the Tab A 10.1, Tab A 10.5 and the new Tab A9+ 5G, but I like to keep my older tablets working as they are handy to have lying around the house in case you need to look something up in the shed or in the car. I use the later models for media streaming. The Samsung Tab S2 in 9.7" and 8" are crap. And both mine are 5G. 5 years plus old running Andy 7 and what a waste of $$$. Thanks for the input, I think our sentiment about this model tablet is not in the minority.......cheers.

No, you have to change the entire panel. (The touch and LCD are fused as one)

No, it does not. You have to change the complete screen (the touch and LCD are fused together) However usually a screen separater you can change the glass on top.

No, there is no glue or screw. As long as you remove the SIM card tray, all you need to do is pry the back cover off.
