I went from a cousin to an original. So exact opposite of what you are doing. I also went to an avec this year 2023. I also have the same cover for my A6 and I love it. I also got the same pencil board. I kind of miss the way the cousin is set up. But I am very happy with the A6 size, I don't collage as much in it as I thought I would, I use it for mostly planning for work. Great unboxing.

We flip flopped. I went from the A5 to the A6 and went crazy with 2 orders and 6 covers, the planner, weekly supplement, and all the extra notebooks galore. My A5 is just not portable and I need portability this coming year. I’m so happy for you. You sound really excited in the video about your new A5. Totally fun collaging the cover. Just like you, I’m saving my cute stickers for my hobo 😂 cover. I also made a ton of vinyls and vinyl stickers for my covers. Your cover choice is really pretty.

Planning on upping in size as well for my avec, a five year and a weeks for other projects. But giving it some serious thought because if I get the bigger avec I won't have to get the weeks. This year's new line up for their anime collab has me debating on my wants lol. Great unboxing!!

I made the switch this year to the Midori hibino and am using it again in 2024. It's a 2-page-per-day but basically a horizontal A5. I did order the Hobonichi 5 year though. I'm surprised at how nice the Coc and plaid cover look together.
Dude, I hate you. I had to buy that cover after this video! I have bought a lot of covers this year and nothing clicked until this video. ❤ edit: I prefer the A5 personally, but I might get into the A6 next year. I do love the weeks too, and use along the other.

I agree about the shipping. I haven't placed my order yet as I am waiting for November, but I see that the shipping is $37 to Canada so I keep putting little things in my cart!

a good option is getting the planner on jet pens, and then grab a generic cover off Amazon!
Am in a A5 cousin too! I’m used to the size for weekly planning but it’s more real estate for daily journaling. Plus a Weeks because I couldn’t resiste the botanical cover.
