Thanks, Nichol, for sharing the photos from your girls trip. I first discovered Cecilia’s Samplers and Quilts and Quilts at least twenty years ago with a group of Air Force wives when we were all stationed together in Blytheville, Arkansas. We made annual pilgrimages to both shops to stock up on patterns and fabrics. Even when the Air Force eventually sent us to different locations, a group of us continued to meet nearly every year in Branson until the pandemic. Until you experience both shops, it is hard to explain just how much can be crammed into a small space like Cecelia’s or the huge space of Quilts and Quilts. Seeing the photos of you and your friends stitching and photos of your projects really took me back to my group of friends doing the same on our week long reunions. Our love for quilting and cross stitch continues to hold our group together and, hopefully, we will be able to start up our girls trips again soon even though all of us are in our 70s now!! 😮😂
1 I was beyond excited to win - thank you so much! I love these Flosstubes and am impressed with your bags, your fun girls trip, and the beautiful shops that you were able to visit. Sadly we don't have a needlework/yarn shop here anymore and I miss it. I would love to visit Fat Quarter Shop in person - I do enjoy ordering from them but it would be fun to visit! Thank you!!!
So wait, Lori Craig, Heather Nichols, Chari Moss AND Nichol Spohr went away for a weekend together? The all paper craft AND needle craft? Wow! That just about took my breath away! Nichol, thank you so much for such a wonderful video, so much information, and all the work you do for us! I do not understand the economics of the UA-cam stuff, but I think you work incredibly hard!
I think my bucket list Cross stitch stores would be Stitcher's Paradise (Las Vegas) and Stich, etc. in Farmington, Missouri. I truly enjoy each of your flosstubes and the inspiration they provide!!! Thank you for sharing the beautiful pictures of your travels! 1
I am so bummed I missed the live, but as always loved the replay. I have gone down the rabbit hole and purchased a Baby Bogg bag "snow way grey camo". I don't have any LNS's close, but I see there are a few in VA and PA, which are not "too" far from me. Sounds like a road trip in the very near future. It is hard when it is only one person going on this adventure, but I have this group that feeds my energy and I love all the pretty things.😍 1
Good to see you! I so loved your flag project back in the Amy Smart fabric... I had to get and purchase the fabric asap!!! All of your treasures from your trip are truly inspiring!!! I wish I had an LNS....thankful for my favorite online shops like FQS and The Colorado Cross Stitcher! Thank you for all you do
I just started watching you today and I love your videos!!! I stitched years ago but gave it up when circumstances made me go to work full time. I’m now retired and am enjoying my 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and have fallen in love with cross stitch again. I love all of the Lori Holt chicken charts!!! I grew up in Wichita but now I live in Springfield, MO and just visited Cecilia’s for the second time. Honestly, I could spend a whole day in her lovely shop. You are delightful and I’m a fan!!!❤️💙❤️💙❤️
Wow what a great time you must have had!! So glad to see some of the treasures you were able to bring home with you. Is is always fun to see the newest charts, etc. I look forward to your Flosstube videos so much as I don't have a LNS anywhere close. 1

I want to go to Branson now. We don’t have any needleworks shops here in the PNW. Anyway thanks again for all you do 😊
I "elmer" all the time. I use it for so many things.
Your project bags are absolutely beautiful, it’s s shame I don’t live in the USA do I don’t have a chance to win one or live near you do I could learn from you I’m useless with a sewing machine. Thank you for sharing, blessings ❤️🇬🇧
My 100k giveaway will include international. I just can't do it for everything.
Thanks for a great flosstube! 1
I loved the long Flosstube. Glad to hear you had a wonderful time but you must be so tired. So many cute quilted bags. I have the Trixie pattern but haven't tried it yet since the zipper part confused me, lol :)
