Continuous cavity, as the rails are fixed from front, speeds up the installation as well
A uniform vertical & horizontal groove from 0mm to 6mm is possible. in case, vertical panels of full height are used, no groove need to be provided.
Total thickness of partition is about 76mm with 50mm post & 12mm thick panels on both sides
