The cool thing is two choruses from half a world apart can share this song and this moment. How absolutely wonderful for each of them!!
I was there in person, and it still gets me every single time when I rewatch this.
I can only imagine this being sung in a cathedral rather than a hotel meeting room!

@@AlexCarlson Perfect share!
Thank you for this guys ❤️
This moment was incredible, thank you for suggesting we sing together!
This is amongst my favorite moments singing with W.
The undertones and overtones throughout the song are absolutely insane. Well done!
I heard this and then I thought . . . maybe there is hope for our world, after all.
BRB, weeping
Moved to tears by so much power and overtones. Please listen with headphone and thank me later. BTW those bass voices are stunning, goosebumps all over. Well done. I am speechless
Now this, this is a masterpiece.
I've already watched this at least a dozen times! If you haven't listened with headphones you are missing out! I am totally in love with this piece and I love @Westminster Chorus and @Zero8 Chorus so much!! I'm honored to know members in each! This is stunningly beautiful!
Hearing these 2 fantastic groups sing together is very moving...beautifully performed by wonderful male voices! Thank you for posting this video...much appreciated!!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE all of your music...and this is OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting at 5:20, the last crescendo was GLORIOUS.
I've listened to this more times than I can count. Recordings like these are unadulterated blessings. Bowing deep in gratitude.
J'ai déjà entendu des chœurs faire des morceau techniquement plus compliqués, mais je n'en connais pas beaucoup qui arrivent à rendre la musique aussi vivante ! Bravo au chœur et bravo au chef !
Man those overtones are WILD!
This is so epic.
Always I am happy whenever I listen to this chorus.
Finally!
I love this so much. Thank you.
2 of my 3 favorite chori, not counting my own chorus. Wonderful, just wonderful.
who the #$% gave this a thumb down? Seriously?!
What is this Bass section? How can one even find this level of quality for every voice?
mind stopping.
This is special
숨죽이고 듣게 되네요.. 너무 감동적이예요ㅠㅠ 사람이 이렇게 멋진 하모니를 만들수있다니. 정말 최고예요!
Magnificent.
Such harmony!! Well done.
Jubilant! Thank you.
hell. yes.
This absolutely insane!!!
WOW! Just WOW!!!
4:15 - Bottom Bb from the basses who can. Love it!
the one at 6:00 is also wonderful
Beautiful.
Just brilliant! Not to be confused with Martin Lauridsen's composition of the same title and lyrics. Thank you for sharing!
This one is so much better than Morten Lauridsen's it's not even fair.
Exquisite! Nice to finally hear “Sound In Motion’ again! My College Choir Director and voice teacher attended Westminster in the 1950s under John Finley Williamson.
Perfect! Love it.
Beautiful
I Absolutely love this . This has to be one of my favorites of all time . That one thumbs down must be a Troll
Großartig!
Wonderfully done!
My word. That section right before 3mins. Are those sung notes or pure overtones?! That's just insane.
Yea I was thinking the same thing. That's nutty
There are lines in the tenor parts singing in the A4-E5 range, but yes there are overtones as well. Source: the sheet music.
This Choir is amazing the blend of voices.. Is so well done... Keep up the great work!!
2:54 ?! overtones? or whistle tone?
3:54 some bomb low b-flats!
The performance is perfect. But why on earth aren't you in a cathedral with proper reverb??
Because (on earth) they were performing this at a convention and didn't have that as an option.
The fact that it takes 3 months to publish something so wonderful is idiotic and atrocious.
So you are saying Westminster is idiotic?!
I'm absolutely baffled that you would choose to look at this kind of gift horse and, instead of appreciating it for what it is, villify the people in charge of this UA-cam account for not posting it at your convenience. Jesus Christ.
Ask your doctor if dying mad about it is right for you...
