Nice video. I got diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder at the end of september, and it's really nice to see that I'm not alone in having experiences like this, it's been strange to get used to. It's great to show people that it doesn't have to be super chaotic or destructive, and I'm glad you're doing this.

Thank you for this Michelle. I started to realize recently from others commenting on it that I have tardive diskenisia. I don't realize that its happening, but it does. I suppose it makes sense, its been a good 20 years of anti psychotics, and apparently that's rather typical. Anyway, hope all is well with you.

I appreciate you doing these videos. I have a son who lives with me he has schizophrenia but he doesn’t believe he has anything and he is constantly talking to the voices in his head. I try my best to help him to make sure he can decipher between reality and not real, he has the correct meds to help lessen the episodes, and get him to a point where he can live on his own but because he don’t share what’s going on it’s like I’m feeling around in the dark…I’d like to ask a question…how often are those episodes? Hourly, Daily, weekly, monthly…what is a healthy amount of time you should be having them or is everyone different. Thank you so much for any insight you can give me🙏

Thank you for sharing. Everyone experiences episodes differently. It all depends on how they affect your ability to function well in life.

From my observations, schizophrenia seems way harder to manage than Bipolar. I'm Bipolar and it is nowhere hard compared to what u guys go through

Let's not play the suffering olympics. Everything is on a spectrum.
