I stay there when I visit Tokyo. The limousine bus from Haneda Airport has a stop right at the hotel rear entry. and you can catch the same bus back to Haneda Airport, just ask the front desk for the bus schedule, you can use an IC card to board the bus. Also on three or four floors there is a washer/dryer, you can buy detergent at the front desk but I bring powder detergent from home in large freezer bags along with some Bounce dryer sheets, bring 100 yen coins when you do your wash. And there are microwave ovens by the elevators on some floors. Yes the Starbucks on the 3rd floor is where I get my coffee. Thanks for the room info, I stay in the smaller room since I am a solo traveler .
Great, thorough review! I have followed you guys for a while now and know how honest you are when reviewing, so the fact that you both love this place says a lot. I am adding it to my for Japan. ❤
We have stayed here SEVERAL times...too many times to count. Great location. I recognized your elevator short! But Hoshinoya Tokyo is our favorite (gotta wait for special rates)
Great stuff, crazy how spacious that bathroom is!! Do you need to worry about smoking/non-smoking sections at this hotel? I don’t know if that’s everywhere, or just a business hire thing, but I’ve booked myself into a smoking floor a couple times by accident 😅
Ha! Totally forgot that Japan still has smoking rooms. I think most of the rooms, if not all, are non-smoking at this hotel. I just did a quick search and they all say Non-Smoking.
What would you guys say is the easiest way to get to this hotel from Naruta? I have a booking in a few days and trying to see if the shuttle bus is better (general or if Excel has their own) or train! Thanks ((:
We have never taken a shuttle bus from Narita to Tokyo, so can't say which is better, but if you don't have much luggage, taking the train is pretty easy. Just beware that there will be some stairs involved. Have a great time!
There isn't a swimming pool or gym listed on the internet that I am seeing for this hotel, space is at a premium in Tokyo. The most valuable thing with this hotel is convenient location in Shibuya. A colleague of mine stayed at this hotel recently. And remember, a majority of hotels in Japan have smaller rooms than many westerners are used to and anything classed on the spectrum of a business hotel will not have the same amenities. In a month of travel I only had one hotel room that could be considered roomy and that was far from Tokyo.

I was just there an hour ago! Thanks for the hotel review!
Yay! Hope you loved the hotel as much as we did.
love this in-depth review! did you book through an OTA or directly with the hotel?
We booked this hotel with Chase points but usually we book on Booking.com bit.ly/3vRNET5
Nothing like a whipped butter massage after a long walk in Tokyo.

@@travelpockets Cool, thanks for looking into it!
Just wondering what type of room did you get? Does it says city view or rooms with park view?

It’s a little pricey lol.
how the amenities of the hotel? does it have gym, swimming pool, bar, etc? I am thinking of booking
There was a bar right next to the lobby which was nice. We did not use the gym or pool so not sure if they have it at this hotel.
