Hello and welcome to my guide to Shibuya. I made this travel guide for first-timers to Shibuya and Japan, so I hope you find this useful. The places I go to in this video are places I bring my friends when they come from overseas. :) It's a mix of shopping, eating, and overall sightseeing in Shibuya.

We start the vlog with a visit to Hachiko and walking through Shibuya scramble. Afterward, I show you a spot I bring most of my friends to when they want to see the crossing from afar. Then we have breakfast Beans Garage Coffee. From there we pass by Tokyu Foodshow under Shibuya Mark City before we make our way to the Magnet building by Shibuya 109 to check out records at RECOFan. I attempted to show you what's inside the One Piece store but they don't allow videos so we to a so-called hidden lunch spot instead. Once we found it, we saw that it was closed for New Years so we checked out Shibuya 109 instead. Then we made our way to PARCO for lunch and the Shibuya Pokemon Center, Nintendo Store and Jumpshop. I also showed you guys my favorite thrift store in Shibuya that I used to frequent when I first moved to Tokyo. It was only a short walk to Tower Records and Miyashita Park from there and we end the vlog in my favorite cafe, About Life Coffee Brewers.

Nice to hear someone likes classical music. I’ve been looking for a video that dedicates it to where to go to listen to the symphony in Tokyo or around Tokyo. There are lots of videos on Japan but little about museums and concert venues.

We're researching for our first trip to Tokyo in 2025. I see lots of travelers saying that Shibuya is a great first visit stay destination. I just want to experience as much as I can without getting lost.
