A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I'd love to have a doctor explain how this is possible. I know that _average_ stomach can expand to fit a gallon of content, but HOW DOES HE DO THIS?

I'd say maybe I would be able to do it in 3 days
@@stephenthomas1492 he is a ex professional speed eater so if i was to make a wild guess just a a lot of time and training. its like how pro free divers can hold there breath upward's of 15 min. the human body is incredible

I feel the same. I actually find most other eaters annoying. I can't stand when they all have audiences. Beard could easily do this, but doesn't, which I prefer.This looked ABSOULTELY delicious though! Damn! One note to the restaurant. They should really cut off the handle so it sits flat :)
Something I've been noticing on binging this guy's videos aside from the volume of food he's eating, obviously but also how freakin' FAST he eats. He put away that massive burger in under 2 minutes. It would take me at least 15 minutes or so to eat that whole thing, if I could even finish in the first place.
I have to say that is a very nice presentation of the food they did on the platter. It's not just thrown on top of everything else.
Which. coming from Darlington, is saying something.
They seem like good people. I hope the bar filled up later; pubs are going through another tough time and it's only going to get tougher. Well done for doing your promo bit on here, Beard.

One of the best parts of these videos is Mr. Beard here just talking during the challenge just to crack a joke or make a comment, it makes it even more impressive that he's able to beat so many challenges while having a little muck around too

Ive eaten beef jerky more tender than those ribs.
It looks like they didn't take off the layer of tissue that doesn't cook down at all and makes them ridiculously tough
They used to do this challenge down the road from me! Never tried it, but I did do the smaller 1kg of food challenge. Amazed one person finished this!

I am doing intermittent fasting, which means I eat from 12-8pm. When it's around 11 am I always watch your videos to prepare my stomach for eating. Love your videos! Keep up the feast :D

Where I'm from (Northwest England) a bin lid is a giant bread bun containing a full English breakfast. Usually bacon, sausages, fried egg, fried mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans and occasionally a slice of black pudding.

Actually, there was a BBQ place me and my mates went to, I believe it was called Red's true BBQ. It was great there, they also had a bin lid, but it was more of a sharing platter than a challenge. Kinda wanna go there again now lmao

Damn that was a tough challenge. I've never seen you take over 30 minutes to beat a challenge. I think the worst part though was those ribs. They were dry and stringy. Tearing those apart sounded like tree bark.
